Max Factor Lipfinity 24 hours in shade âAngelicâ is my favourite shade and colour. It really does last a long time. I havenât had it last 24 hours yet though, it does start to fade a little throughout the day. The colour when it first goes on is quite a thick and rich colour. It looks so natural on my skin tone and gives my lips a lovely definition. The top coat is creamy without being sticky. Iâve used this now for many years. Itâs my go to shade and I genuinely hope they never discontinue it! Definitely try it for yourself and see how you get on with it..

Another example of manufacturers âprofit before peopleâ attitude towards customers. Like many other women I have bought Max Factor Candle Glow compact powder for years. My mother used the same face powder and I loved the fact that the smell of the powder remained the same, even though the smell doesnât last long after opening. However, I continued using this product even though I was unable to fit it into a traditional mirrored compact. The compacts are so badly made that the lids loosen and fall apart, filling my handbag with powder. Even the quality of the powder puffs have declined. I presume Max Factor is making a profit by forcing customers to buy more compacts. This customer wonât be buying Max Factor products anymore. Goodbye!

Iâve been using this powder for about 10 years and still love it, the colour does come up a little darker than expected but I know what colour suits my skin tone now and always buy medium beige. Stays on all day and works perfectly over foundation, I have quite oily skin and it tames that a little too. The only negative is the powder pad has changed over the last few years and doesnât last until the end of the powder, it used to be double sided use but theyâve made one side plastic type feel, it could do with being two sided to be able to make use of the whole powder otherwise there is a small wastage usually around the edge, I have to buy another pad to be able to use the last bit of powder. Apart from that great product!

Max Factor, Please stop using such strong glue - the pressed powder is impossible to remove from the plastic case to put in to my beautiful mirrored compact. This cannot be described as a 'refill'. When I tried to remove it, the powder shattered into pieces. I then tried another one (I usually buy in Boots Pharmacy when they have a 3 for 2 offer) and I have broken the powder trying to get it out as well. The pin hole underneath does not work.I have been using this product for over 40 years. It i now useless as a refill and I will not buy it again.I tried to write to Max Factor - completed the form and added photographs. It rejected the mail as I do not live in the U.S.A. - this is ridiculous.
I've used this product for over 12 years. I normally stock up when I see them on offer. Recently I had to purchase more in the Truly Fair shade. Started using it, and either I've got a lot paler or the colour has been changed to more orange hues? I just wish I still had some of my old batch to compare. Perhaps Max factor could add to the colours available instead of changing the formula on theexisting colour range. I now have six of these compacts to use, that no longer match my skin tone.I would still use and recommend based on the original product, but sadly not on Orange Glow (the new Truly Fair) :-(
Colour has changed completelyâŚVery disappointed âšď¸ I have always used translucent 05 pressed powder - which was perfect for my skin tone and complimented my foundation - it had now gone orange and no longer matches my skin tone at all!! To the point that I have received comments to this effect and even some funny looks from friends / family - as it appears streaky too!! I have also noticed changes to skin texture and pimples across my cheeks. I double checked I had bought the right shade and even asked in store. Will not be buying again - ever
I have been using this pressed powder since I was 17! Im now 45!.... I have tried many others - usual story, seeing influencers on instagram using various other powders, then buying them myself, most recently I tried the Laura Mercer and the Charlotte tilbury powders - but I aways come back to this!! I use it alone or over foundation for nights out - before the days of setting sprays in my 20's I'd stay shine fine and my make up would last all night - honestly can't beat this, in my opinion of course - one thing I would say is that the description says it encourages a 'radiant glow? not really sure this is correct, Id say its a matt finish, definitely blurs! and I use a highlighter to get the glow (if I feel I want it). - I aways get the medium beige , I find the ... MoreI have been using this pressed powder since I was 17! I've used this for about 30 years. It was wonderful, people used to comment on my beautiful skin and it really sn't particularly, but creme puff in natural beige made it perfect. Even though I'm now in my 60s. Not any more. It makes it a horrible orange mess. I thought it waa me until I read some of the other reviews! It was almost a relief! I thought it was me! I'm really sad about because it gave me so much confidence and I recently bought 3 so now I'm stuck with then and they're not cheap. So now, like others, I've got to go and find something else. What a let down to your loyal customers Max Factor!
I was reading through reviews & one after another it was same issue as what I was finding.I cannot find one shade that is light enough for my skin colour. I too, solely used the Creme puff pressed powder in the shade Truly Fair only to find it no longer adapted to my skin. I thought I had gone fairer so I purchased a tone lighter but not the case. The shades have become bronzers!!! Why too dark. Plus can colours not be in numeric order to make it easier to choose a shade? I compared my original Truly Fair colour against today's same products & definitely darker. I can no longer used it. Or the two recommendes colours lighter as all too dark on me. Please kindly fix this as if majority are informing you of the same issue, clearly there is error with the shades.
I have used truly fair for over 30 years and was horrified to find my face bright orange after using my new batch of powder (3 for 2 offer). What have you done Max Factor? We donât all want to look like fake tanned orange z listers. It also has a different fragrance and consistency so the coverage is now patchy like a cheap fake product. Not only a waste of money, but will have to spend a fortune trying lots of other brands to find the right colour and coverage for my skin colour. Please revert back to the old product.
