We love the guitar kit it's exactly what my son wanted. However we didn't realise the plug was a European one and needed to get an adapter for it to work. It would have be nice to know beforehand as it was a birthday present and my son wanted to play it on his birthday. Otherwise all in all absolutely perfect.

The guitars action is about 8mm at about the 20th fret, and the bridge could not be lowered any more than it is. Consequently, the guitar is basically unplayable. The rest of the kit looked OK.Consequently the kit has been returned and a refund has been done. The support guy from dj city was very helpful in this regard.
As I eagerly opened the box and expected to just play it instantly after tuning it one of the strings were snapped and the instructions didn’t indicat Le well enough how to put one back on so I had major struggle issues
Great but with this package. Beautiful equipment and speedy delivery. Our daughter loves her new guitar and she sounds great playing it.
