Works really well and fast. Like the handle on the water container - really useful and conveniently stores out of the way! It would be perfect if the flow of the hot water was a bit faster but otherwise no complaints.

The Maxim boils the water very quickly with a coloured light letting you know when the water level is low etc. I had a different model previously which took a while to get hot, and I was always waiting to get the mug filled. Hence my change to the Maxim 2400w boiler /dispenser
This product is absolutely amazing it works so well and it’s so quick to dispense hot water. No more waiting for the kettle to boil .Highly recommend this product to anyone.
Only used for a couple of weeks so far but seems to be a good little unit for the price. The only downside I’ve noticed is that’s it’s really slow in dispensing water. Also splashes a little bit outside the cup because the nozzle is too high up. It would be great if that had an extension on it. Otherwise seems to be a good unit.
I bought this a month ago and finally got to set it up and use it, only to find out the water dribbles out of the spout most of the time. It takes at least ainute to fill a 330ml cup. The worst part is that market place don't see an issue with water just dribbling out of a spout or taking 1 minute to fill a cup. Would not recommend this product or bunnings market place.
One of the few hot water dispensers that doesn't require a degree in computer science to operate. Switch on to start the hot water, switch off to stop it. A great machine. The removable water tank is excellent.
Works fine - the water comes out in unsteady dribble rather than a smooth flow, so can splash a bit. Also needs extreme care when first starting from empty or after the water reservoir has been removed and put back. An airlock can form in the boiler pipe, leading to a big burst of steam coming out - make sure your hands are not near it.
this was a gift for my elderly disabled mother. she finds it easy to use, the stop/go button is easy to push even with her arthritis. safety was a big issue with kettles and boiling water. with this she only has to lift a small cup of boiling water for her needs.
