Not really taken with this product. Taste is not as good as my usual brand EN shredding Matrix so will be returning to that one. Did not notice any results for the time I have been usingit.
This is by far the best tasting protein powder I have tasted. I mix it with almond milk or with yoghurt as a sweet treat and it blends beautifully without the powdery granulated after taste that some other brands have
The taste needs getting use to, but that's just me. I find a lot of things hard to swallow. (insert rude joke here lol) I've not used it enough to truly comment on its effectiveness. I'm sure the product is good. Have heard nothing but positive things.
The taste is very nice, it does taste like vanilla, without any aftertaste. When you prepare it and drink it right away stays quite thick, like a thick shake! I very much enjoy the texture.
