I’m impressed with how Fast water heating is with 1500 watts, I love how Easy it is to operate and steam clean all types of floors around the house including refreshing, rugs lounge seats and how great and clean the carpets come up. Great money saver, as I don’t need to pay any one to clean my carpets.

We purchased this unit to utilise its full functionality. To steam mop our floors, clean inside windows and clean some bathroom and kitchen areas. The unit does not heat to over 100 degrees Celsius therefore, does not produce steam, it spits a fine spray of tepid water. You can put your hand into the spray, the water is only warm not hot. It does not meet its stated specifications, returning the item is proving almost impossible as I’ve been trying since the day we received it. Buyer beware, poor product and poorer customer service

I am aware this is a budget steam mop. It was easy to assemble. Has plenty of accessories. very fast start up so the steam mopping is done quickly. The only down side is it has a flimsy handle. I may bolster it with a broom handle. Other wise all good. Cheers Gavin
After only using it 5 times, the head snapped off and broke. It is not a quality product - do yourself a favour and spend more money and buy something decent.
