Great cleaner for most jobs, handy carry pack but a little bizarre that one attachment doesnt fit in the case. Still a great deal for the price.

So far so good, I have used this to steam carpets after a flea infestation and the problem has gone. Also used it throughout the kitchen the sink and sink to bench rim, splashback, cooktop and glass/stainless rangehood. Very handy appliance.

Nice steam cleaning unit. I have a flighted parrot companion in my home so to be able to have clean floors easily is essential, like really clean as we both get down on the floor to play. Good steam cleaner, I would recommend it.

An excellent machine.

I have been using the steam cleaner for the last two months and I can confidently state that it is a very good machine! I appreciate the function of the continuous steam button when cleaning floors. It means not having to keep pressing on the steam button. When cleaning other surfaces/areas, I prefer to press the steam button as a shorter burst of steam is more suitable. Great performance! You wont get anything with this much pressure & quick heating time for the money. Brittle body plastics & poor handle trigger design means you have to keep your thumb pushing to operate so ergonomics are not good. Accessories are high quality tough plastic which is great. Hose gets a little hot at times. I think a pressure control would be a welcome addiction instead of just flow adjustment to control wetness of the stream. Overall an excellent item.

Overall it is very easy to use. The only improvement would be to change the way the mop pad affixes to the mop head. I find it difficult to place the cloth on the cleaning head and change the cleaning cloth when needed. It involves bending down, unclipping the dirty pad and replacing it with a clean pad. It is very difficult for anyone with blood pressure problems or those with back problems. As for it's ability to clean, well it is out of this world! I have only cleaned the tile floors and the bathroom tiles so far, but the difference after cleaning them is obvious. It is extremely easy to reach the top of the bathroom tiles with the long handle and the tiles look fresh and the grout looks new again. Great value, huge water capacity. Many different connection peices!

I love it, has heaps of different types of connections. It seams like it can do so much on the huge 3 lt water tank. It heats super quick, so within a minute im doing my tasks. Its a very basic size microfiber cloth they include with the steam cleaner, only one, but i just had to find my own elsewhere and bought some which can be used for the mop function easy enough. Would have liked though if more than one came with it, appart from that its the best value. Im pleased 100% with the functionality, practicality, appearance and size.

amazing costumer service, we had an issue which was our fault anyway but they resend a brand new item with all accessories. it's really worth the price. it has some issues I am dealing with these days, like it stops steaming for not a clear reason ( I steamed kitchen cupboards doors for 5 mins) then on floor wudnt work, would leave lots of water I don't know what just happened. I stopped and used it today again and it's working so I don't know it's me not knowing how to work with it or it's the machine. To me it's not that easy to use as my place is quite big and I always have problem with size of the cord. I really don't like it that water tank lid is easy to open which made it easy for my toddler to open and drop some stuff inside it. I wish cord wud be getting collected inside so u wudnt be dealing with finding the plastic panel which helps you collect the cord but not stable enough and keep coming off. Said too many negatives? It's not negative in my eyes just I want to let people who want to buy know what could be issue but dude for $150( price I bought) including shipping u can't expect it to be perfect. I am happy with it comparing to other brands I had to spend $2000 for same power/ wattage. I am desperate for a brand to make cordless powerful steam mops which is not crazy expensive.

Powerful, relatively lightweight and very easy to use.

The power, the bigger water capacity and the dual tank enabling refills without having to wait for the steamer to cool are very positive aspects of the Maxkon 3.4l steam mop. It does a pretty great job cleaning rough floor tiles and in particular the grout lines. The only negative is that, I have not being able to source replacement brushes.
