This teapot is wonderful, affordable and really pretty; it is a creamy white, which goes well with my good tea cup set, my formal china, and my every day Maxwell & Williams Maison tableware. I love it especially because it does not spurt or drip, even on the very last cup of tea -- and it looks nice. It's easy to hand wash, and I believe it's dishwasher safe (I haven't tried that). It's also not so expensive that you worry that you might break it, so it gets a lot of use. I find I use this even with my tea set that has the matching tea pot, just because it is comfortable and so mess-free.

My teacher was happy to receive this teapot. He has been using the old teapot for years. I hope he finds this new teapot quite handy and useful.

Perfect white teapot. Nice addition to your morning tea table. Pours nicely not too heavy and tea keeps hot.
I was looking for a plain, white teapot and was lucky to purchase this on sale so it was fantastic value. The teapot is a great size and lovely to use. It is sturdy enough to survive any bumps and and is very easy to clean. The only thing that would make it better is having a mesh insert for loose leaf tea.

I bought it to replace a previous Maxwell&Williams one that was my husband's favourite teapot (that he had broken !)It is the 1 litre size, which is perfect for him.Great quality, and looks simple and stylish.It also pours very well, without dripping.I had ordered it online,as a surprise for him, and it arrived in good time, with the added bonus of it being extremely well packaged
I purchased this to go with my all white Maxwell and Williams”Cashmere”dinner set. This teapot is not cashmere, however It still Works well with my existing all white dinner set. I do have the cashmere tall coffee pot which looks great, sitting on the table alongside the teapot, as well as the other cashmere accessories in this range- Looks fantastic

It was bought as a gift and was exactly what I had been looking for, a simple porcelain teapot that wasn't just for one cup (but could be) but you could easily make 4 cups from the one pot. As I said exactly what I had been looking for.
Good basic teapot. Enough for 3 mugs. Pours well. Good value.
