Crisp, stylish white dinnerware - the perfect addition. The plates come with a raised edge which makes them look modern but classy. I’ve previously bought Cashmere mugs and was so pleased with them, I bought the dinner set to match. Bone China also keeps your cuppa and food hotter for longer. I would highly recommend.

Cashmere Resort Dinner Set

Looks great when entertaining and is strong enough for daily family use. Bought it for my daughter as a house warming present because I have owned this crockery for several years and use it daily. Happily recommend it and Myer made my present giving easy as my daughter lives in another state.

Good Value Fine Bone China

I have bought a couple of sets for myself over the years and didn't hesitate to buy one recently for a family member. The pieces are reasonably durable, except for some issues I've had in the past with some mugs developing a 'fault/crack line' leading to leaks, which were promptly replaced in store. Mugs are also not always a uniform size - don't understand why. Plates and bowls are a good size - classic smooth round shape with no ridges for food to get stuck in. Easy to load into a dishwasher ... won't ever go back to stoneware or bulky dinner sets.Still a good, all round classic dinner set - dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.

Great flatware

This is a beautiful set. I chose fine bone china as it's less prone to chipping and cracking, and the shapes of these pieces are so elegant. The bowls are large and can hold a lot, but they seem stack in our dishwasher really well. The cups are 420 ml so can hold nearly half a litre, which is so much better than the tiny cups you have to refill several times.

Love the Classy look

Love the dinner set. It's Perfect. Feels very fine and classy but still hard wearing. I love the plain look so if doesn't take away from the food you are serving. You can never get tired of a plain looking plate. The plates are nice and large. The soup bowls and small plates are a great size. Love the large mugs for hot chocolates. They wash well in the dishwasher. I got 3 sets :)

Nice set, but bowls prone to cracks

A simple but elegant set of essential dinnerware at a very reasonable price. The mugs are quite large and have a smooth (but not slippery) handle. My only complaint is that my previous set from the same range developed circular cracks in a couple of the bowls after about 1 year. They are yet to break but I have avoided heating up liquids in these bowls to avoid causing a split.

Poor quality control

Bought to top up existing cashmere setting and the quality is noticeably poorer. One of the plates has already chipped and one of the mugs wobbled when placed on a flat surface. I contacted M&W who promptly sent a 4 pack of mugs to replace the one faulty and there were 2 more mugs in the new box that also wobbled! There's differences between the mugs indicating quality control issues too.Otherwise a very nice setting, purchased on sale and with good customer service from M&W so I ended up with 1 extra mug after the faulty ones were disposed of.

Replacing chipped pieces from my 9 year old set. light weight set. good for everday use.

9 years of using my cashmere set. All in all I'm satisfied with the cost:quality ratio. Plenty of chips on edges through normal use prompted this purchase of a 'top up" set. Over time in dishwasher use these lose their shiny glaze and become Matt but don't seem porous to stains etc. I enjoy not breaking my wrists and my kitchen shelving with the lighter weight bone china compared with many other options out there. Would I buy this set again?- yes. Would I but this set again if I could afford English fine bone china?... maybe not.

This dinner service is unique in its simplicity.

Purchased 3 sets to have a setting of 12. It is quite beautiful in its simplicity and would hold its own in the most regal of settings.I have yet to use mine however I did purchase to sets for my daughter for Christmas and she used them on Christmas Day.She was delighted with the compliments from those gathered around her celebration table,made extra special as it was her first time hostingChristmas.Photo unavailable at this time.
