We are absolutely in LOVE with our Dolphin! Super easy to set up, this little guy cleans our pool like a dream - even hits the waterline (although that's not listed as a feature.) Filters are easy to clean and are doing a great job of catching the pollen and silt that settle on the bottom. Only once has it gotten hung up on the drain cover (we have pretty high ones.) Simple tug of the line set it free. Highly recommend!

The folks at Pelican Shops were great! They were very patient as I called a few times to ask questions and were took their time explaining everything I needed to know. It was a great shopping experience. The Dolphin Nautilus CC plus does a good job of cleaning the pool. It climbs the walls and even cleans the lower stairs. It’s easy to clean the filters too. I purchased the Wi-Fi model but after using it a few times it’s not worth the extra money unless you plan on leaving the robot in the pool full time. I run it for a cycle every other day but take it out of the water each time. So the app is of no use. It’s also a bit on the heavy side to pull out of the water. So be prepared for that. I ordered the caddy and cover from another shop since Pelican doesn’t carry ... MoreThe folks at Pelican Shops were great! The is the first product that I can remember in a LONG time that you can take out of the box, place it in the water, and watch it GO. It's a task master that makes me sad that I didn't buy one 10 years ago! I have a 20 X 40 and it was clean in 20 minutes...walls, bottom, and drain covers. I have spent countless hours every season attaching, detaching and back washing filters when using a Kreepy. As an aside, it entertains my dogs (who carefully track its movements from the patio). It's lightweight, easy to clean and stow. I highly recommend this!!!

This robot is fabulous ! It does the job quickly and efficiently. I love the fact that it cleans the walls of the pool and that it’s not too heavy to take out. The filters are unbelievably quick and easy to clean - much easier than my last robot (Hayward Aqua500). I absolutely love it !
Used to dread the whole vacuuming experience. Developed shoulder issues from prolonged strain during the vacuuming ordeal. Now just drop and go. Cleans entire pool even waterline and walls. Dual scrubbers take care of any algae that gathers in this heat. Super easy to clean the dual filters. Happy I got this unit. Havent used the Wi-Fi option to do anything yet, but will eventually. Just pleased to not have to dedicate 2 hours to manually vacuuming anymore.
We ordered the Dolphin Nautilus cc plus from yourpoolhq with a little apprehension, because of some of the negative reviews. We're so glad we took the chance, because the price was awesome, the service was great and the shipping was super fast. This place was awesome for our purchase and will be using them again! Like with everything in life, take bad reviews with a grain of salt and don't dissuade yourselves from a great price amd website!
The robot generally does a great job cleaning my pool. However occasionally a small area does not get cleaned during the work cycle. Usually it is a 2 or 3 foot strip on the slope between the shallow end and the deep end of the pool.I love the fact that I can start the robot and then go cut the grass or work on the "honey do list" while it is cleaning the pool. With the auto start feature you can clean the pool during the night while you are sleeping and wake up to a clear pool.
I absolutely love this! It cleans my entire pool (33" round) and gets all of the dirt/sand from the bottom. I love watching it climb the sides. I haven't synced it to my phone yet, but I will before next summer. Great product, I would recommend.
Gets stuck on ladder once or twice per cleaning; though usually free in a few minutes . Area cleaning is fine, but mine needs to be started in a particular spot.Much easier to clean filters compared to my old Verro 500, and slightly lighter. WiFi is useless unless you want the Dolphin to live in the pool.
It does walls @ the waterline - something OEM or other buyers said it didn’t do. Massive , that. But it doesn’t do stairs. Zero, zip, zilch any attempt at stairs. Pretty sure this is a programming issue… which could be easily corrected if the machine could “learn” by way of mapping. OEM is VERY clear in their own words: we didn’t design it to map your pool. No maps, no attempt at the same with programming. So no desire @ making it truly SMART - wifi power on/off %26 schedule is all you get for the additional cost. For a device that really can’t /shouldn’t be outside 24/7. The electronics are water-resistant, but not waterproof. 110* sun can’t be good for them either (even in the shade)… so the bot %26 the wifi connection to keep it going aren’t useful. (If you live in <110 temps, you probably also have humidity, something I don’t have. Shade keeps the heat down, but there’s no hiding from humidity. YMMV)Then why charge $1k? Save yourself $500-750 by just getting a suction frogger that does the same things… way better. Plus can maneuver to the top of 3 stairs. Smh
