Designed to work in partnership with the 7L Kitchen Caddy, the Maze compostable bag degrades to carbon dioxide and water when introduced to warm moist conditions, such as a home compost station or green waste bin These bags are constructed from a starch based polymer and are suitable for either home or industrial composting. Their composition even makes them suitable for use in worm farms.

TOTAL RUBBISH , I've been using these for over a month now , every bag so far has leaked they go super thin with the sweat of the scrapes and don't even think that you could tie them up and take out the bin unless you empty it every day with only a handful of scrapes in it , there is no difference than just using the good old ice cream container , I haven't had them long enough to see what happens in my compost heap but certainly won't be buying any more ,

These do not break down in home compost bin. Even after about 2 years my compost is full of green plastic now

I didnt realise how few bags there were for the price and how small they were. Good for garden waste such as weeds.

The caddy is awesome. I use it WITHOUT a liner because the contents sweat and the liner breaks down and can break when removing. It's just as easy to tip contents and rinse caddy.
I’ve been using this product for a few years & it is improving in it’s quality. I line it with papers from junk mail to make sure it is stronger & not breaking up with wet rubbish. Even though not the toughest bin liner but it is reassuring to know that it will decompose within weeks or months which is the whole reason of buying environmentally friendly products.
Ever since we got a food waste bin, we’ve been going through compostable bags like hot cakes. These ones are great, they’re tough and don’t tear compared to a lot of other brands. I also find these much better value and quality than the supermarket ones.
Use this for bathroom bin bags. As they are NOT PLASTIC, it means we are not adding to environmental waste. Have also used them in the compost for kitchen scraps and they break down well.
Had to throw the whole roll in the bin. Every bag split as I was putting it in my compost caddy. They are simply not strong enough. I'll stick to Bio Bag from now on
These are great - thin enough to hopefully decompose quickly (though I can't attest to that yet) but still thick enough (and just a little stretchy) to hold the food scraps/waste without splitting.
these liners break down way too quickly…anything moist in the bin – like veggie scraps i.e. what the bin is for – will mean the bag splits and sheds the contents on removal. they really need to be thicker and break down in ‘months and years’ as described on the bags, rather than 2 days, otherwise they’re a bit pointless and frustrating
