This backpack is my usual every day go-to bag. I’ve been using mine for probably the last 4 or 5 years and it is in amazing shape, just like I bought it yesterday. The quality is top tier, the backpack is sturdy and keeps its shape, it doesn’t collapse at all like many backpacks tend to do. Super convenient and the perfect size. Not too large and not too small. It fits and protects my iPad in the special soft inside pocket and still has all the room for whatever else I’m throwing in there. Front pocket is convenient to put all the things I need quick access to like keys and lip balm, side pockets hold my phone perfectly and make it easily accessible. This bag is well worth the high price tag. You get what you pay for, honestly.

Beautiful Grownup Carryon

I love this backpack! I’ve been looking at it for awhile. All of our spring and summer travel plans have been canceled due to the pandemic. We do have a fall trip planned. I’ve used a Patagonia or NorthFace backpack for years as a carryon, but have wanted to use something a little nicer, more age appropriate, and this backpack is just what the doctor ordered! The quality is excellent. The feel of it is very luxurious and soft, yet durable. Best Luxury Backpack Out There!

I absolutely love this backpack! It’s the perfect size that fits all the essentials plus some. It’s stylish and on trend without looking like a fad. This backpack will be a timeless staple for many years. The quality is superb! The canvas is durable and water resistant while the leather trim adds a touch of softness. I highly recommend this bag! I plan on purchasing the mini as well. If you’re looking for a great substitute for the LV Palm Springs backpack then look no further.

Cute but no belt loop??

For some reason, this version does not have belt loops, which is different than that what I've seen before on MCM website when they had the same version with row of studs at the pockets. For my petite figure, wearing it at the belt wouldn't have been flattering anyways, but I would appreciate having that option. There's also a small loop at the left pocket (looking from the front) for you to hook on a keychain which I like.I'm not sure if all MCM backpacks are like this, but I felt that mine had a weird defect from manufacturing or the way it was stuffed with paper during storage. My backpack arrived with the right side pretty lumpy. Debating if I want to keep and fix it over time or exchange for a new one.

Function and fashion in one

I love MCM. Hands down. The style and durability of this backpack are great. I l chose this specific one because it has a separate laptop compartment. It’s great. I always receive compliments on it. The ONE thing they missed is putting l, “feet” on the bottom of it to prevent the bottom from getting worn/damaged. I may have the shoemaker do this for me.

HIRA is the best Nordstrom employee

Hira was great! She was very professional and very knowledgeable about products. She also followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely becoming back to this location and asking for Hira. I love how patient and nice she is, you can tell she wants to help you find what you need. Her job is to sell and she does such a great job at that. I personally don’t like when people try to sell me things based off what they like. Hira doesn’t sell just to make commission but she sells to make sure her customers are happy. Doing this actually will increase her sales because people will be less likely to return if they buy something they actually like.

I have been wanting to get this bag for a very long time. I Finally decided to purchase it and decided to go to Bloomingdale’s. They had the biggest selection of MCM bag. I was assisted by two associates and they even went down to the basement and pulled me and brand new bag. The bag came with certificates and a XL dust bag! So happy with my purchase.

This is by far the best backpack I've ever owned. Its large enough to hold all of my work/laptop and personal items, has tons of great pockets and it's also classy! I will use this for everything for many years.

I’ve been wanting to get a mini backpack in this style from another designer but the price for that one is outrageous, so when I saw this one at my local Bloomingdale’s I quickly bought it. But I’m going to return it because of major differences I’ve seen in YouTube videos and on the MCM site itself.This backpack is supposed to be worn several ways, however, the belt loop on the back of mine is missing so it can’t be used as a belt bag. Also, a another major difference is the lining. In mine, it’s a cotton twill, in the MCM site and on another major retailer’s site, the backpack is lined in black leather.Maybe I’m just nitpicking, but those features is what I expected after paying that much, so unfortunately, back it goes.
