This little cakey biscuit is the comfort of cake, jam, and chocolate in one bite. When you see it, you want to eat so you need to hide the goods before they all disappear. They can sometimes be a little sweet (if you eat too much…oops) but never make you feel bad. Just wish I’d saved some for another time.

Cherry Tunes in Jaffa form...

Who taste tested these and said, "Yes! These are delicious!" They taste like cherry Tunes. If you like those to the extent of eating a full packet in one go when you buy them. Then you might like these. However, cherry Tunes are not made for eating like sweets. They are to clear your nasal passage. Cherry Jaffa Cakes just taste like chemicals with a slight hint of cherry flavour. My consumer advice is just to avoid them. My business advice is to remove them from shelves and never mention them again and pretend it was a bad dream.

Classic
22 November 2020

I have not eaten these for many years as I adopted a life style, shall we say, in which I no longer ate products made with porcine gelatine. Jaffer Cakes were among such products. Some years ago, I learnt that Jaffer Cakes, as well as many other products, abandoned the use of porcine gelatine as an ingredient in their products.Nevertheless, I was not moved at all to purchase Jaffer Cakes as I have since become an adult. Yet on my last online shop, I saw these and thought… what the hey, and bought some. So, what do I think?Just as nice as I remember them, they are indeed a classic treat, albeit smaller in circumference than I remember (another sign of the times perhaps?)

Delicious new flavour of jaffa cake!
2 July 2021

Really tasty new take on the classic biscuit. Great flavour from the real pineapple because its 7% pineapple juice! Real juice means proper quality product and it shows.Thank you McVities for doing this new product properly. Was a pleasant surprise to see it too, the cherry flavour was good and this is even better.Must try, especially if you like pineapple like i do! You will not be dissapointed!

Everything is usually perfect. This

Everything is usually perfect. This time all the items with chocolate were totally melted and had melted out of their wrappings, I don’t know how long this parcel was in the delivery truck, but I was at home when it was delivered and took it inside immediately. All the chocolate items were totally ruined

Great for packed lunches
28 September 2023

I buy these every week for my sons packed lunch. He loves them. I’ve tried putting 3 in a pot from a larger packet and the chocolate was changing colour by dinner time so he wouldn’t eat them as he is extremely picky, so these are great as they stay fresh and airtight in their own packed until opened.

Horrible
5 March 2021

I was really excited to try these but they were so incredibly disappointing and actually unpleasant. The only saving grace was the dark chocolate on top but everything else was nasty. The sponge was very dry and brittle, which made for a claggy texture and the cherry filling was so sweet and actually had no cherry flavour. It set your teeth on edge and tasted almost fermented. They left an odd aftertaste in my mouth and even my husband who loves all Jaffa cakes hated them. Not worth even trying, let alone buying.

I really enjoy these cakes
19 February 2021

I am very excited to taste a new flavour of this product, these are my all the time favourite cakes. I love the most about this product that they feel light when eating (not too full of fats and calories) and are perfect in sweetness level, they are not too sweet, got a bit sour fruit jelly and coated in dark chocolate - the perfect combination for dessert. It got really rich dark coated chocolate and very cherry-fruity-jelly taste. The combination is just right.Suitable for vegetarians and low in calories are two more positive things about this product and the reason why I choose this product very often. It also got good value package in good size and value for money.I would always recommend this product to other and would always buy again.

Top tier Jaffa Cake
1 September 2023

I truly enjoyed these Raspberry faloured Jaffa Cakes. The standard McVities Jaffa Cake is always a go to in general, but wanting to try this new flavour with Raspberry being one of my favourites didn't dissapoint. If anything I was surprised by how well it worked with a standard Jaffa Cake. Very similar to the Cherry flavour in that regard. Amazingly well done.
