The case is a great idea, but poorly implemented in that all the tiny pieces have to be kept in a ziploc bag else they spill out everywhere when you carry it. You need goid eyesigt and steady hands and an additional set of thin nosed pliers.

It does exactly what it is advertised to do. Sounds as a driven tube amp should. Drives a hot amp into good overdrive and accomplishes what it is advertised to do.

Disappointed of the lack of information on the contents of the kit. Had read some of the reviews on this kit and some reviewers referred to cog wheels/ gear wheels. This prompted for me to buy.Unfortunately it did not contain these.
The Main Relay for 2000 Honda Accord solved the starting problem. Did not need to take to repair shop and pay $$$$$$$$$$!
My grandson was already enjoying Meccano having succeeded with one of the smaller simpler kits. He seems very pleased with this more substantial addition to his collection. The possibility of making several different models (one at a time) from the single kit is a very good feature. A well-made and ingeniously designed kit.
Very pleased with this outfit.The set includes motor, gears and metal parts. The lifting and luffing mechanism is very neat. A lot of enjoyment and excellent instructions included.
Spin master are missing a trick in the final presentation of this product, and would do well to look at lego and what makes that so extraordinarily successful.The product is as I expected, a comprehensive set of plates and bolts, similar to the old Meccano of the 1970s, and will provide hours of building for my son and I to do together over dark and rainy winter weekends, but the instructions for various builds are in places very 2 star. Lego instructions are clear and fail safe in every aspect, for kids. These are not anywhere near as well drawn and presented and some aspects of order of build have not been properly thought through and reviewed by the designers, resulting in having to partly dismantle and rebuild in order to get nuts on into confined spaces. I have a huge amount of engineering experience so my son and I will muddle through, however I think that for many families the set will not make it pass one or two build attempts.

Super item with lots of "bits" for grandson to play with. Has been put away temporarily as he has been overwhelmed with birthday and Christmas presents all within 5 days of each other. Will reappear later in the year.
