Why offer the more basic version for almost the same price as well as the better models? I purchased these as the 24mm was too small and then came to realise they werent the version that came with my pump.

This larger size was recommended by the midwife at the hospital. It’s comfortable, it doesn’t leak and it does the job. Love it
The medium shield provided with the electiric and manual pump were too small. The large is better, however I think it is also worth trying the extra large to see if that is a better fit. It's very difficult to determine which would be the best without buying another pair. I would recommend that there should be an option to choose 2 different sizes in a pack. They're good quality, easy to clean. Dropped 1 star due to above explanation.
The flanges are great. Eady to use and clean. My only down point is that they can be a little hard against your skin. The silicone insert will rectify this though.
