I used this for the first time last night, and oh my word it was so easy. The instruction booklet is great, with well labelled diagrams that explain the pump fully. It was really easy to assemble, even with a migraine and exhaustion.I purchased the microwave bags alongside it, which I highly recommend.I was able to express my milk extremely easily, and I was happy with how it felt. I did find it a bit loud, but bubs didn't seem to mind as he was feeding on my other breast. The pause function came in very handy when I needed to reposition bubs.I do have very large breasts, which did mean that with only slight movement the shield move and I lost suction. So I don't think I am going to be able to walk around with the pump attached. Which doesn't overly bother, ... MoreI used this for the first time last night, and oh my word it was so easy. I imagine most pumps would have the same issue.

I bought this as I had been renting a hospital grade pump for 4 weeks and wanted to move to something that I didn’t need to pay rent on. When I purchased it was on offer at £180. At that price it’s an excellent double pump which has helped maintain my milk supply after the hospital grade pump got it up. I also got a pumping bra for free with a promotion. I’ve not managed to get that to work in a way that really has enabled hands free. The superior pumping is worth the trade off though.

I got this pump almost a year ago when my baby was born and couldn’t latch and I’ve been exclusively pumping ever since (a hands-free pumping bra is absolutely essential for any pump btw!)Overall this pump has been great - very simple to use, easy to wash and sterilise, comfortable, good suction strength. It helped increase and maintain my milk supply and ultimately has allowed me to feed my baby breastmilk without the need for any formula.HOWEVER - I am now on my THIRD one in the space of 11 months and it’s just died once again. The battery life is really poor and the same issue has happened each time - the light flashes red and the pump won’t work unless it’s plugged into the mains, despite being fully charged. It’s so frustrating as it’s otherwise a great ... Now this has happened three times I’ve had enough and I’m going to return it for a refund, and will buy a pump by a different brand. For the price I think it’s pretty appalling that this has happened - terrible value for money as it’s so expensive. Thank goodness for the one year warranty!

I was lucky enough to be selected to test and review this product and I am very satisfied with the double breast pump. It’s very compact and easy to use. There are 2 breast shields (21mm and 24mm) and the 24mm fitted by large boobs comfortably.I recently went away for 1 night to Edinburgh and was able to use it whilst on the go and effectively maintained my supply. I love how easy it is and compact to carry around. It is portable and has a rechargeable battery. The battery life on it lasted around 7-8 pumping sessions. It is very easy to assemble and to clean.I didn’t find the vibrating noise any louder than any other breast pump I have used and found it to be very efficient at pumping.Thank you for the chance to test your product and I would highly ... Our baby boy was admitted to NICU the day after he was born & my milk hadn’t came in, luckily a few days later it did and the hospital had medela hospital grade pumps to use. Baby would no longer latch after a wee of bottle feeds and the pump I had got prior to babies arrival wasn’t great. I purchased this pump and it honestly made expressing so easy. I could stick the pump on along with the expressing bra and get things done. I would highly recommend this pump as made my life easier and helped with my milk production.
Does the job but my god what an annoying piece of kit. Clunky and too big to fit under a T-shirt. It doesn’t come with the bra (considering the cost you think it could!) and so you have to sit and hold the thing while pumping. Even with the bra you can’t sit back otherwise the milk will tip down the funnel rather than into the bottle, so basically you’re trapped like a cow being milked for 20 mins leaning forward holding the things to your breasts. Just so frustrating and leaves you no dignity at all, I have to close all the curtains when I want to pump because I look and feel so utterly ridiculous. Feels like a contraption from the 50s. Needless to say I don’t recommend as the stress means you end up pumping hardly any milk! Not worth the high price, there are ... MoreDoes the job but my god what an annoying piece of kit. It was a great help at the beginning, since I was struggling with engorgement. However, there are many strong downsides to it - the greatest being that I've used it for a little more than a month and it's already lost its suctions power. But also, the bottles are made in a way that it's ridiculously easy to spill the content if not held upright (which is not always easy, given that they're used by overly tired women, who need to juggle with newborns and other stuff and use it during the day, but also at night). Finally, knowing that this is something that would be used for just a few months (unless it's been bought by a family planning many children to see it as an investment) and only for a certain period of time per child, the price felt a bit high even without ... Having tried others in the past this is a nice premium product, you can tell it had been made with care. It's easy to use, Disassemble and sterilise. The bottles are quite clunky to hold during pumping and you need to lean forwards otherwise the milk collects in the head and spills down your front, not too bad just need to be aware to stop making a mess! It's expensive for what it is but the alternatives are not as compelling. Manual pumps are the same or more effective to be fair at a tiny fraction of the price but then it takes effort ;)
I bought it to help me increase my breast milk supply but I simply wasted my money and time. After 1 week of using it several times a day, almost no milk came out. I felt my breasts full and still nothing came out. Yes, I've already tested it with different flange sizes and the result was the same, less than 1oz in each breast. I was extremely worried about my milk supply and I decided to try hand expressing and it worked. It turned out much more than I imagined it would. Really disappointed with the product. I threw my money away.
Definitely better than a manual one and more handy than a single pumper. Quite a lot of effort to clean after each use. The grey part sometimes leaks a bit when milk goes through but only a very tiny amount. When cleaning, make sure the yellow rubber pads inside are properly cleaned and dried, also the back lids are fully dry before use. Otherwise the water will be pumped into the tube and that's very difficult to dry. Shields feel comfortable and the white rubber part provides a bit suction. This product comes with two shield sizes, 21and 24. You may need to buy shields separately if these two sizes do not fit you.
