This medicine ball is very difficult to use because it is very hard, slippery and smelly. I have wiped it down many times and also roughed up the surface by scraping it along the bitumen heaps. The product description warns of problems due to the manufacturing process. The good news is that it is exactly 7kgs and it is good value at $25.

Unlike other Verve products to date, very poor. Covered in some sort of oil or coating that cant be removed even with washing detergent. Makes the ball slippery and gets onto your hands - hard to remove from them also. Pretty much unusable.Discolored with faded strips that have not evened out over time (though product info said discoloration would improve), and so it not only feels bad to use, it looks bad too. Disappointing
