If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. If you shop at Sephora or Mecca then you will definitely love Beauty Affairs!

I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! A good cleanser

I bought this cleanser because originally I was using a cleanser that was far too rich for my oily skin. I found that Medik8 was perfect for me but only depending on climate! If the weather turned very cold, then this cleanser would make my skin slightly itchy/dry, however when the warmer days arrived, this cleanser was perfect! It has a nice slight scent which I like.

Flawless cleanser for oily/combo skin type

I have oily/combination skin and I have tried so many cleaners over the years. This is the best cleanser I’ve ever used and is a classic staple skincare product I use day a night now. It leaves my skin feeling clean, removes excess oil (without leaving skin too tight and dry), my skin feels smooth and flawless after using this. have recommended to friends and family with the same skin combination as me and they all swear by this product now. The product lasts me 6 months, so is a great price!

Gentle & Effective Foaming Cleanser

This is a foaming cleanser, it needs to be applied to slightly damp skin and its not for use around the eye area. It has a light almost whipped foamy texture, lathers on the skin and rinses clean away with no residue. It is very gentle for a foaming cleanser and not drying or stripping like many can be. Skin is left feeling really clean and fresh and it is soothing it caused no issues for my very sensitive skin. Its a great option for anyone who likes a foaming cleanser and have found other foaming cleansers too harsh and especially if you have a sensitive skin type. If your skin is very dry or you need a more moisturising cleanser even though it is gentle I think it would not be hydrating enough. Lovely

I love using this cleanser during my am routine. It has a nice foam which doesn't make my skin feel striped after use. I must admit I was put off buying this cleanser for a long time as It contains fragrance which I usually avoid in my skincare having rosacea but it's incredible mild and never irritated my skin. Lovely hygienic packaging too which doesn't allow water to leak in the product if you use it in the shower. Highly recommend as an effective gentle cleanser!

Really good for sensitive skin!

I have been using this product for 8 weeks now everyday without fail. Previous products I find really dry out my skin and make my acne break out more but this one leaves my skin feeling refreshed and soft! I do still have acne but I’m not expecting this to clear it of course. I’ve ordered more of Medik8’s products to add to my daily routine as I was using clarins moisturiser after this, although works well I want to use Medik8 to its full advantage and hope it helps manage my acne prone, sensitive skin.

Wonderful for sensitive skin

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved this cleanser. At first the fragrance put me off buying it as I have rosacea but I ended up giving it a try and I'm so glad I did. The fragrance is extremely mild. The cleanser doesn't strip or dry the skin. It definitely helps with my facial redness. Love this brand.
