Anyone looking for a great B complex supplement, here it is! I take one of these a day and feel great. Also, I can take these on an empty or full stomach, it doesn’t matter. They are very easy on your stomach. I have never had a headache with these either. The ingredient profile is stunning and what makes it even better is they they use whole food products and not manufactured, like many other brands. The price is very good for the amount you get too.

I heard that b vitamins helps with ahaving a healthy nervous system. Their is a good amount of folic acid, helps with metabolism. Over all i this its a good purchase.

Never hurts my stomach. Helps relieve my nerve pain, so effective. I'm not as tired or lethargic when i take this. Basically no flavor or burping . I've never had niacin flushing. Goes down easily. Megafoods Balanced B Complex is one of the best vitamin B complexes I’ve ever used. Most people don’t realize that vitamin B complex has a delicate balancing act and shouldn’t be an equal mg for each B vitamin. Megafoods has done this masterfully and then done it even better by simply using “food” to do it. I can tell a difference when I use it in addition to their multivitamins. Still can't seem to take

I'm so sensitive to B vitamins. Even with food, I get extremely nauseous. This product was recommended to me since it is food sourced. I believe the bottle even says you can take it without food. Even with food, this still makes me unbearably nauseous and my body doesn't get used to it over time so I had to stop taking it. I use the Prairie Naturals liquid B complex instead and have zero issues.

Works Great

I have taken a B complex for years but these are so much better than the average. Noticed a difference in just a few days. Overall mood improvement and a little more energy.
