I have been taking mega foods multivitamins since I was about 30 years old I am approaching 48 years old now there is no other men's daily multivitamin product that comes even close to theirs. this is a 100% plant-based fruit based vegan multivitamin packed with everything you would need as a man over 40 and a man over 50 years old. it is a little pricey but when you break it all down it's almost like spending a dollar a day for a meal. this has to be the best multivitamin in the market. if you are trying to stay away from chemicals that are created in laboratories that they put in daily multivitamins this would be the brand to go towards.

The items you may be buying may list the active ingredian that you want but the quality is not good and you will not get the results your body wants. They carry vitamines derived from real FOOD. Amazing at what they are intended for, but to be honest i have rrally big fingers and one of these tablets is the size of my finger tip. These things are unnecessarily GIANTTTTTT. These things have to at the least be 1cm long and they are thick as ever. And the reason im leaving a bad review is because they gave the biggest tablets you can possibly create “squared cut edges” which make a nightmare for swallowing everyday.. great product not a fan at all of the design. They went a little OD with the size and shape. If your going to make them that giant at the very least put them in a rounded end capsule. Not a squared off oval those thing turn immediately on the tongue when water goes into your mouth.
I've been taking Megafood multivitamins for quite some time. I think with all supplements one doesn't feel the benefits of them from day to day. A friend of a friend is a chemist for Gerber Foods. She suggested that Megafood was one of the most natural supplements on the market. So, I take them. I also take magnesium for night time cramps. I've experienced very little improvement. But, magnesium is good for you and Megafood is the most organic.

Your liver & kidneys need to filter & metabolise everything you put in your body and there still isn't enough scientific research to show what damage(if any) mega dosing with vitamins does to your body. Having said that I decided on Mega Food 55 multi vitamins because all of their nutrients comes from food, there are not megadoses of anything,there are zero artificial preservatives or add unwanted "stuff" and the price is very reasonable for what you are getting. This is the greatest! The taste of the tablet is not bad at all. Maybe a little like Vitamin C. It’s a larger tablet but easy to swallow. I have a sensitivity to a lot of supplements and after a month of taking these I feel great after. No side affects from taking these. I feel a lot better after I take these. Sometimes I can’t leave work for lunch so I take these at that time of day and it helps me get through the day. I have recommended them to my husband and my mother who now take mens and their age appropriate versions.
This is an excellent choice of Whole Foods based Non-GMO multivitamins for senior or older men.The composition is very good because the quantities of the vitamins is not too much and do not overwhelm the body. And this multivitamin is whole foods based which makes it more bioavailable than synthetically produced vitamins.All of these available in once a day daily tablets to be taken at your convenience, with or without food, is perfect for seniors!If there are any minuses, it would be that this tablet lacks any probiotics and digestive enzymes to be the really complete package. However that does not detract from the fact that this is one of the better whole food based multivitamins out there.Recommended!
Gave this a try for my 75yo dad and it works okay. He neither experienced any adverse reactions nor did he have any extraordinary wow feedback. Overall it’s a good daily multivitamin and mineral supplement (19 vits & minerals as counted) and would reconsider repurchasing this as the ingredients are clean and made from real foods & not chemically processed vitamins.Size is just right. Only downside is the price can be pretty hefty. If you have the budget, give this a try so that your body won’t also be immune to taking the same brand of supplements.Give this a thumbs up if you found this review helpful. 👍☺️👍
I love your product. I was taking it several years ago and stopped. While taking it, my doctor told me that my blood work was as good as anyone's. I stopped taking it and my blood work was low and I was having palpitations. I started eating better and cut way down on sugar. So I started taking your vitamin again. I talked to a doctor that told me he thought over 80% of people in the US was suffering from a vitamin and mineral deficiency and I sure believe it.
