Another great Zinc supplement from a company that makes high quality products. I take their Multi Vitamin and Balanced B Complex as well. All of the vitamins they make are with whole food products. Anyone looking to stay healthy, i highly recommend invest in high quality supplements made by manufacturers who care about the consumer first. Unfortunately, there are tons of companies that care about money before a consumer. This company is definitely NOT one of them

Contains autolyzed yeast extract, which is basically just a flavour enhancer, similar to MSG. This company has decided to try to get you addicted to their products artificially instead of just making a good quality zinc. I will never buy anything made by this brand again. Mega food should be ashamed of themselves.

These zinc tablets aren't too large and I had no issues swallowing them, although I definitely wasn't a fan of the slight taste as it was going down. I waited to mainly use this to see if zinc supplements would help with my rosacea, but unfortunately for me it didn't make a difference. hopefully those who use it will find it more helpful. It is a decent price for the amount you get though.

The quality and quantity of this product is great for me. I take these vitamins daily and they make me feel great each morning because they help me sleep at night along with the Magnesium of the same brand. The ingredients are all natural which is one reason why I buy them. There is no weird after taste or anything either. I feel these vitamins are great for me because of my age.
Good quality brand as it uses natural ingredients. Glass package I appreciate, rather big size. Zinc is great for immunity and is a good antioxidant. It is needed for growth, so it's good to give it to children. The taste is not pleasant, so take it quickly with water.
I take the zinc to help with an enlarged prostate. Based on my research, bisglycinate zinc is recommended for an enlarged prostate over some of the other zinc supplements. Hopefully that is true. So far, I have faith in your products.
I was so happy to read reviews that it did not give you that sick stomach that zinc is known for causing. Which I did not and was great. But unfortunately I did not realize it has inactive yeast which is not beneficial and for a person who has issues with yeast it is something I can not take. Unfortunately I did find out about the yeast until I ordered my 2nd bottle. Which I was not able to use. It's a great product minus the yeast.
