I’ve had very good experience with Melissa and Doug‘s toys, but I’m somewhat disappointed in this large plush dinosaur. It was a must have for my four-year-old grandson‘s birthday. After playing with it for several weeks, a piece of metal started emerging out of the tail area, which seems unsafe. I really need to contact Melissa and Doug to let them know of the situation. 

Can't go wrong with the Melissa & Doug giant tiger

Purchased as a gift for my grandson who was turning 4. He LOVES it. Started wrestling with it immediately and then snuggled up and slept with it. Tiger is as big as he is which is what I wanted. Can't go wrong with a Melissa and Doug toy.

Cool tiger

This tiger looks pretty cool, he is handsome. My kids love him, but he isn’t very sturdy or durable so I wouldn’t recommend him for children that would be playing with him, mostly just for looks I think. Ours is already pretty beat up. His eyes have came loose from the sockets. Also his backend seems abnormally small compared to the size of his upper body. Like he is disproportional. But if you were just looking to get him to sit around, he’s great.

Fantastic tiger

Our granddaughter (4) who loves, loves tigers was absolutely thrilled when she unwrapped this tiger! It’s large enough for her to climb on and snuggle with but she can also carry it around. She named it Clara and has carried it around the house, Somehow!

To my delight, the video sent to me from my daughter showed him opening the box, pulling off the plastic and exclaiming "This is very cool". My son-in-law contemplated placing a small listening device in the tiger. Later, I was explaining this scenario (my and my grandson's tigers) to my cousin who lives in Oaxaca, Mexico and while online with me, she went onto your website and bought a Llama/Alpaca for a friend of hers who is spending the first holiday season without her husband and grieving badly. Her M & D creature is now a crying comfort without having to curtail the tears. So you see, with this pandemic, everyone needs a tiger or a giraffe or an elephant in their life. While Miriah doesn't say much, she is a great listener.

Lifelike tiger is great!

The large size and realistic features makes this special in my book! I have yet to give it as a gift but can't wait. It is light enough that he will be able to move it around himself (4 yrs). I did buy it with a coupon and probably would not have tried it at full price due to my budget. So thanks for that!

Love this Tiger!!

This is a fabulous animal. I bought one for my 8 yr old daughter years ago, and every time my 85 yr old parents come to visit they love it too. and always wished they had one. So I ordered one to be delivered to their house as a surprise! Now they have their own Tiger to love! This tiger is sturdy, realistic and regal. It has a great expression on it's face (very important feature for a stuffed animal!) Great quality craftsmanship. Very modestly priced for a creature that gives years of joy!
