This was the first time I purchased this item. I purchased it because according to the reports I found on You Tube is that it helps reduce Tummy Fat. This has the "mother" which is the key for it's success.Alone it cant be drunk unless you have a cast iron stomach. Best way is to dilute it with water & if you like some lemon juice & honey to help it go down.Would I get it again? Yes I would. I believe I have seen results but it's still to early to tell. My partner is now enjoying this as well.
