I add this to my coffee in the morning to make a "Bullet Proof Keto Coffee". The MCT Oil hardly has any flavour, it isn't really noticeable mixed in with the coffee drink ( I use a blender stick to mix it in). It is a clear, thin, runny oil.I think it is helping my Keto Diet, it does fuel me for longer just just plain coffee.I have bought it again.

I add to my protein shake, makes it nice and creamy but am still building up to more than a teaspoon- I find on an empty stomach it does give me stomach cramps though which I think is normal til you get used to it. Would recommend, great price and no added palm oils

Started to use this oil as part of a low-to-no-carb intake. I have a teaspoon in my morning coffee and I can run on an extra few hours before my body needs food. Great I'm sure when you're late for work. Tastes good too

If you have the discipline for Ketosis i:e the starvation diet or if it is Just to take with that Black Morning Coffee for that energy, I like it.
Great product. It is made right as well, not as some others. For beginners, start slow. If you tummy feels funny, less next time.
I mix this oil into my breakfast cereal. I sometimes just have it straight from the bottle and the taste is very palatable. I’m on my third bottle and will definitely buy again as like the results.
Have only been on it for 2 weeks now. Certainly helping with my fasting. Unsure about weight loss though. Will monitor progress and revisit review but so far so good..
We love this oil, it seriously makes your brain feel awake making mental energy a thing we had forgotten and concentration amazing, wow. Seriously the best I've taken for dry skin and we're feeling a sense of calm both mentally and physically. It goes in our protein shake every morning for exactly what it says... a kick start.
