Was for the support of the house hold generally. I use it on my porridge in the morning or in my almond milkshake.

This is officially the tastiest flaxseed oil I’ve had to date. Way better than the supermarket brand which always seemed to have a strange scent. I add it into my daily morning smoothies and onto my avocado toast (highly recommend it trying it on the avo toast - it’s a game changer!)Will be repurchasing this....probably forever :)

Melrose Australian Flaxseed Oil

I was not going to complain about this oil but since you asked - my daughter says it is ok, but to me it tastes bitter and rancid. I am using it but I would not buy it again. The bottle says it’s good until May 2025.

Perfect for Vegans and Vegetarians

This is a must for anyone concerned with their Omega intake but not wanting to eat fish. Omega 3, 6 & 9 - this truly is an amazing oil. It has a slightly bitter taste but I find it does overpower meals, and I now add it to all my meals and smoothies.

The Flaxseed oil arrived quickly

The Flaxseed oil arrived quickly packed in ice packs which is great because it's supposed to be kept refrigerated. The product itself is of it's usual high standard. A great alternative to fish oil with less contaminants.
