They fit small. They are not elastic at all from the waist or anywhere. You can’t pick up your leg without feeling so tight and can’t even put your hands in your pocket. Not made for big people. Size up a size and they would probably be a good fit.

These are great swim trunks by NIKE. The look is great for in and out of the water, the buckle on the front and pockets gives them a little more...trail running or site seeing look.
Overpriced and strange fit. Small was too small and medium was huge. That seems to be the way Nike do it?
These come up at least one size small, if not two. I’ve worn L and XL Nike with a size 38/40 waist for years, and I can’t get these past my thighs. Great looking shorts but I would size up if you’re not 100% sure.
It took a little while, but I got my refund. Thank you very much. The other swim trunks was great.
The length and cargo features make these shorts appear decent even outside of water. It dries a bit slower than my other shorts tho.
Athletic cut looks great for scuba / snorkel gear and that pocket is actually more useful than you think! def above the knees cut
