These shoes provide a nice soft cushion that is a relief to the lower back and other joints. They are more comfortable than my house slippers or recovery sandals. I will probably get a second pair.

Matured and improved version of an already wonderful versatile shoe. It’s more stable, better grip thanks to the new outsole, but everything else remains as awesome and comfortable for every type of run.

I took the Novablast 4 for a treadmill session of 5 x 800m with 800m recovery in-between. They felt very comfortable and responsive throughout. The idea of the shoe is to enable you to run fast but feel more energised while you do it. The extra bounce that they give means you can spring forward into your next step without expending as much energy.
