Mens Nike Air Zoom Structure 25, Black/White-Iron Grey / 10

With stability where you need it, cushion where you want it, the Structure 25 supports you for long miles, short training runs and even a down-and-back before the day ends. It’s the stability you seek, loyal from the first tie-up, tried and trusted, with a midfoot system that’s fully supportive and more comfortable cushioning than before. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. The Structure 25 is the most stable shoe in Nike Running range. The updated foam midsole works with wider midfoot support and an increased rocker to give you a more stable platform underfoot and smoother transitions from heel to toe. New and improved foam on the midsole provides a soft and comfortable feel as you log your miles, and high foam stacks help keep you comfortable. Shaped like a rocker, the foam provides support for the 3 phases of a runner's stride. It offers flexibility when your foot rises off the ground, a smooth ride when your foot is moving forward and cushioning at ground contact. Whether you want to run a little bit faster or with a little less effort, responsive shoes help give you slightly more spring in your step to get more out of your run. An Zoom Air unit in the forefoot offers responsive cushioning. Every step helps create energy return to help drive you forward with a springy, responsive sensation. The accommodating forefoot allows you plenty of space to spread out your toes. The wider forefoot complements a wider base and smooth ride. Added structure and containment around the heel provides a more support fit.

I recently purchased the Nike Structure 25 Laced Up Running Shoes from Myntra and I couldn?t be happier with my choice. These shoes offer outstanding support and stability perfect for both short jogs and long-distance running. The cushioning is just right providing great comfort without feeling too bulky. The lacing system ensures a secure fit and the breathability keeps my feet cool even during intense workouts. The design is sleek and stylish making these shoes versatile for casual wear as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable running shoe!

For some odd reason, the air zoom tech used on this particular shoe was uncomfortable for me over longer periods of time. Even if I wasn’t running, I still had the same discomfort. Unfortunately, I have stopped wearing the shoe for this reason. I believe the curvature of the outsole and midsole may have something to do with the discomfort.

I recently tried the 25s and was at first apprehensive because in the past Nike shoes, have generally been pretty tight width-wise for me. These shoes actually have a great heel, and a great toe, the only spot that still feels a little tight is around the mid arch of my foot. I have worn them on four or five different days for several hours at a time. Though I was not running, I was chasing a toddler at times. It seemed like the 25s acting as an athletic shoe for short bursts, seem to provide pretty good comfort with traction. The only area I felt any discomfort was towards the front inside of my foot arch, and directly across on the outside; it seem to be a little tight but call that 15% of the overall fit. I haven’t tried different lacings than the traditional inbox given, so there might be a way to address the tight spot I feel. Aside from that one negative spot, the rest of the fit is pretty spot on.I do really like the breathability of the material. As someone who gets pretty warm, pretty quickly, especially when doing any exertion, I’m always looking for material that doesn’t feel heavy. These shoes feel cushioned, breathable, and light.Coloring- wise, black and white, classic. Simple combination, but executed nicely to be able to pair with several different styles. I also like the flared out portions on the sides of the shoe. They seem to help with cushioning when turning your foot. I would be curious as to how these feel for someone who regularly runs or jogs, because they were pretty comfortable for someone who doesn’t do any of that, but does have to chase a toddler around!

Favorite shoes
12 July 2023

These shoes very quickly became my husbands favorite everyday shoe. When asked his opinion on the negatives of the shoes he said he couldn’t think of any but his top 2 positives about the shoe were fit and comfort. When it came to the fit he said that the shoes fit like a glove they weren’t too loose and they weren’t too tight and he stated that they didn’t adjust over time as well like some shoes do, they stayed at the perfect fit. He also said that he really likes where the shoe falls on the ankle because it’s not too high where you feel constricted and not too low where it rubs against the bone. He can wear these shoes all day and stay comfortable in them, they have the right amount of cushion and bounce without feeling like you are walking on a board. I am a disappointed Nike Structure veteran of over 15 years.
3 April 2024

I use it to train and race. Loved the previous structures and will not get another Structure 25.I made the mistake of getting two pairs and after 6 weeks they sit in the closet and will end up going to Salvation Army. The sizing, especially around the toe box is tight and irritates the small toe on both feet. I had hoped they would stretch out but never did. Hopefully, the Structure 26 will be like the 23 or 25.

Light and Comfortable
24 July 2023

I took a chance and went with regular shoe size. They were a comfortable fit, but it would probably be better to size up half size if you're wearing for running. I have not used them for running yet, but for walking and lifting, they have been great. I like how light and sleek the design is, not bulky and cumbersome, like some shoes on the market. I like how light they feel when wearing. And they look stylish if you're one to wear them for errands. The fabric feels good, not rough, just enough stretch. All in all, a very comfortable, lightweight shoe. They only drawback, is the toe box might be a little narrow for wide feet.

Make me want to run all day
24 July 2023

I was so excited to finally get these shoes, and they did not disappoint. They have modern style mixed with classic Nike elements. I like how intricately made they look, and they have so many complimentary elements to the fabric, and I'm always happy to be wearing recycled materials. They do run a little big and sometimes it feels like I'm stepping on the inner edge of the insole, but they are not too narrow like I've found with most Nikes I've tried. They're very comfortable and I can wear them for hours at a time with no issues, or even forget I'm wearing them, whereas I typically don't like to wear shoes if I don't have to. I'm looking forward to making these my main running and walking shoes for a long time!

Nike air zoom structure 25: potentially the last one
21 July 2023

The Nike air zoom, structure 25, is a lightweight, breathable sneaker designed for distance and endurance. At first sight the look of the shoe wasn’t set to awe anyone. But once the foot is in the shoe the looks don’t matter. The shoe fits true to size and holds the foot like Goldilocks…not too tight, not too loose…just right. The cushion was noticeably significant as the shock absorption on strike was well received and eliminated prevailing joint pain through the leg. That being said, the insole of this shoe is geared more towards a rear mid/heel striker. I also tested this shoe in cross training with a combo HIIT, functional strength training, spring workout and the shoe performed well. It is now my favorite cross training shoe. Waiting on 26
21 September 2023

I have been wearing the Nike Structure models for over twenty years. I usually buy multiple pairs of every model. Except 21 and 22 only got one pair, did not care for those. The 23 and 24 were great, had many pairs. Waited extra long for the Structure 25. I am sorry to say it needs improvement. Nike should of continued with the gusseted tongue like most of the previous Structure models. Also the tongue seems just a tad short. The new mesh upper seems very warm. I do like the updated foam midsole. Hopefully the Structure 26 will have a gusseted tongue and a more breathable upper. Thank you. Will check out the Vomero 17 when available.
