The Saucony Kinvara 13 is lighter than ever for a fast, plateless run. The Kinvara legacy continues. Known for being lightweight and fast, this shoe is great for speedwork but still has enough underfoot for everyday training and racing. This is a nimble and flexible shoe, partially because it does not have a rigid carbon plate. Saucony beveled the midsole and streamlined the midfoot for a super smooth and super-fast ride. The light and responsive PWRRUN cushioning adds spring to your run and lets you pick up the pace. Plus, there is durable XT-900 rubber in strategic high-wear areas for traction. Saucony changed the upper, streamlining it to give you a barely-there feel. The enhanced fit and breathability can be credited to the engineered mono mesh upper thatrsquos more comfortable and accommodates more foot shapes. Flexible and fast, the Saucony Kinvara 13 will be your new go-to shoe. Read more: Saucony Kinvara 13 Review.

Returned these as I dislike the fit. Ihave worn Kinvera’s for years because Ilike the lightness of the shoe, but I amfrustrated as the fit changes every year. This toe box is too shallow which will meanholes in the toes long before the shoes wearout.

The Kinvara 13 is a worthy successor to the Kinvara 12. Though very similar in feel, the K13 is lighter and more cushioned than the K12. The wide size comes in a snazzy yellow and red colorway, in addition to a more staid blue (the wide version of the K12 was available only in blue). This is a great shoe for everything from intervals to tempos to long runs. Highly recommended!

I love the color (yellow/gold) and the style, but the sizing is either totally mislabeled (QA error) or this cut is much narrower than all other styles I have purchased before. My foot hurt so bad on the first run that I had to limp the last 1/2 mile.I contacted Saucony to return them, but go no response. Their site says I cannot return them for size issues - but clearly the size (wide) is not wide - it's the same as medium. Should quality as a defect.

First pair that arrived were returned because they were size 11 on the shoe but my order was clearly size 11W.Second pair again was size 11 on the show and 11W on the order and when I asked customer support that said all shoes have the size and the part number on the label indicates W or not. It is supposed to be 11 wide according to the part number but the shoe is still too narrow. The structure of the shoe is great, I wish it would fit.
Excellent shoe. Need 1/2 size bigger than ordinary show to allow room for foot to expand, but the material is so light that it wouldn't be a problem if this wasnt possible. Very light and insole quickly molds to foot after a few walks and then runs. Great ventilation and the sock like feel to the tongue and elastic fit helps the overall feel. Laces are slightly elastic so a good knot is needed. Overall very pleased and a PB on second run 😁
The latest Kinvara (13) launched later than usual, so I ended up ordering a couple of pairs of 12's last spring, and they finally wore out last month. The 13's are a very good upgrade. They don't change much about the important aspects of the shoe (ride, toe box, cushioning or support), but they do improve the uppers, making them a bit more comfortable and easier to get on and off. They "run" just like the 12's. The tongue of the shoe is longer, and they added a nice little pull-on and -off loop at the top of the heel (could have been a bit bigger in circumference so you could hook your finger into it, but it does the job). I thought the 12's were the best Kinvara ever, so these improvements that come with the 13's are really nice in that they just make the shoe a ... Great job, Saucony!
When it comes to my husband it is very hard to choose shoes for him he has been wearing Saucony shoes Triumph brand for the past few years I wanted to get him a new pair of shoes because he's others had barely anytread left. I was doing a lot of research came across these shoes and he is more than pleased he said they fit comfortably they are very light, breathable, and he has had no complaints, no issues so thank you!! I would recommend these shoes to any long-distance Runner who is also into bodybuilding!
The toe box is quite large and unstructured, it’s not necessarily wide, but super tall. The fabric is not what I expected either. I have purchased so many Saucony shoes, love most of them, but I really think the shoes I received are either defective and not made to plan or the shoes themselves are a terrible design. I feel like I have zero support when wearing these.! I would send them back, but by force had to wear them as I brought them in a trip and they were my only shoes (my fault for expecting them to fit and perform like my other Saucony shoes :(
Generally the Kinvara is a reliable choice for quick, snappy running with a light form factor. I've owned the 11 and the 12 and trusted the 13 to maintain the same quality. When I first put the shoes on they seemed well broken in and malleable, which was a plus. However it seems they might either have had a construction issue or have narrowed even the wide side. My right foot seemed to gravitate off the right edge, leading to swelling at the pinky joint. Disappointed I couldn't return as they had been 'worn'.
Wide no longer wide like Kinvara 12... I dropped hoka after they kept shrinking their wides resulting in toebox issue. This Kinvara 13 tight toebox means lots of rubbing resulting in lots of blisters and a painful run. I put on my Kinvara 12 wides, no issues. I have bought a crapload of saucony but this shoe is instant misery the second you put it on. If its any indication, they literally removed the "W" marking from the label though i'm fairly certain its still the right shoe based on part number.
