The device is very good. Works fine as expected and it is very easy to use. But the Meross app is very limited, specially on multiuser settings. One will like to have a main account and share the access to open the garage with other family members, but it is not possible. You need to put the same userID and password on each device. You can not know exactly on the log who was the one that opened/closed the door.
