Rubber toe caps on left and right shoes are cracked and thinner than previous pairs. (And no I havenât kicked or dropped anything on them). This was my favourite brand hiking shoe, however I think the quality of the product may be declining based on my own personal experience.

I purchase a new pair of these approximately once every twelve months. They are pretty much my daily shoes. I walk extensively and these shoes are perfect for long distances both on paths/roads and bush tracks (dirt, sand, whatever).They are comfortable yet sturdy without feeling/weighing like a boot. Highly recommend!

These are great shoes - comfortable from the very first time I put them on. Provide great support on rough ground. Have yet to test how waterproof they are.Took a while to get here - some prompting from me helped it along, but arrived the day before I left for my holidays where I intended to wear them.

I usng this shoes for a work (carer) many years. good waterproofing performance. It's solid shoes. Not soft.If you looking for solid, durable, waterprooing slip-resistnat shoes. This is what you need to buy. It last almost 1~1.5 year for daily use.But bit pricy.
Mountain Designs provided a simple and efficient ordering and delivery process, and a very good discounted price for the shoes. I have been wearing Merrell Moabs for many years, and the Moab 3s offer the same high quality that keeps me buying them time and again. The Goretex uppers are great for keeping my feet dry whether it is wet grass or stepping in a puddle.
Fit is good. For myself 110kg, heel a little firm, would have preferred more cushion effect in that part of shoe. Hopefully tread will last and wear well. Been on a couple hikes so far.

The sheer comfort of this brand has made me buy these and 2 others for ânew replacement sparesâ. The other fantastic features with these shoes is the slip proof grips on the walk side, as well as mostly, if not, totally waterproof if out in the rain with these on, and they dry again very quick. The comfort to your feet when wearing is you sometimes forget theyâre even on you and can feel like slippers when sitting somewhere. My 1st pair gave me around 7 years of ... MoreWOW! These fit, walk feel and perform pretty much like a low cut boot. The size fitment is fairly spot on and snug, so if you are insure, or an in between sizing, then suggest get one size up. I didnt know what to expect as I purchased solely online and were a replacement for my older Merrell walking jogger type shoes, which were a lot lighter. The best of hiking shoes. The build is sturdy but comfortable. The weight is mid range but not too tiring. The grip when walking on wet dirt is super stable. The shoe is easy to deodorise if required. The laces are strong and made from durable material. After wearing the hikers every day for 10 weeks, the laces show very early signs of some wear but no strtching.
Bought my first pair of Moab 3 11 years ago in North Carolina when visiting the US. They are still going strong but needed an update. A bit hesitant on buying on line but my doubts were removed when the using the Anaconda platform. The new hikers fitted perfectly matching the original pair bought all that time ago. Well done to you marketing products which maintain consistant high standards of value and quality
