('22) IC: Metamucil Fiber Supplement Gummies are an added bonus to my digestive health. It's helped me through a many rough days. It's a prebiotic plant-based blend, that are easy to chew. Towards the end of the bottle, I found that either I didn't close lid tight enough, the remaining gummies got hard. There is chicory root, soluble corn and various other ingredients. Always consult your physician and keep out of reach of children.

I knew my gastroenterologist had recommended taking a fiber supplement for better digestive health. I was NOT interested in having to mix x-number of teaspoons of powder into a glass of water.I asked Olivia about if there was another, better way of taking fiber supplements. This is the product she recommended. Not only does it work well, but it also actually tastes good!

Heinous taste

This was a substitution because my Fiber Advance is out of stock. Surprisingly, this didn't give me any bloating or gas, however, the taste is heinous. Yuck! This is my first day of taking it so I have to give it some time to see results. This will be my first and last time getting this brand. Fiber Advance is better tasting and it works for me. I guess other people think the same that's why it's always out of stock.

Inulin and Fibersol in one easy to take gummie.

I have been looking for an inulin gummie since Bayer stop carrying theirs, and this one has no added sugar which is important for me. Most of the inulin gummies on the market today have added sugar. Also this gummie has soluble corn fiber (Fibersol) added which another great prebiotic ingredient to feed the good bacteria. In the gummie form I can easily take all the fiber I need without having to mix it in water and chug it down and feel bloated with a stomach full of water. And these work well for me. I am very pleased with them. I hope they keep carrying them. I am going to try to keep stocked up on these just in case.

Metamucil gummies sugar free

You make sure you Read the labels please. I only say this because the gunmies has insulin as a ingredient. If you don't have glucose problems I really recommend you be care taking these. For the last few days after taking gummies I felt very weak, confused and jittery. Especially when I went to bed. After all that I realized and figured out the gummies was dropping my sugar so I drank 2 cups of Orange juice and 4 Starburst and instantly felt better. EVEN IF ITS OVER THE COUNTER PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING

Nice Orange Flavor!!

I struggle to get enough fiber in my diet and I'm not the biggest fan of taking anything in pill form so now that gummy vitamins and supplements are a thing, I am all for it!! I love orange flavored anything and everything so that makes me even more motivated to take these gummies everyday. The serving size is 3 gummies but you can take 1-3 so I take 2. I figured since there are 72 gummies in the bottle, this will give me an even amount until they're all gone. The taste is good and the flavor is not overpowering. I also like the texture because they aren't too hard to chew.There is 5 grams of fiber per serving and since these are fiber gummies, I had thought there would be more since this would only be around 18% of your daily value. To many calories from carbs 25/3 Gummies! Only 5 grams of fiber per 3 Gummies the recommended dosage in a day of theGummies!! You need 25mg a day for successful fiber intake to help with bowel movements!! Total carbs 10 grams per serving (3!!) Sodium 20mg not good for someone who has dependent edema!I will not be taking them! I thought it was a great idea 💡 since I have gastric bypass they would be safer for me!

These 100% work and they work QUICK

These gummies aren’t like other vitamin gummies I’ve had. I don’t want to say they’re juicy but they’re a softer chewier experience. These taste nearly identical to the powder version of Metamucil. I’ve been taking the powder version of Metamucil for months and it never had me going as fast as these do. I’m talking a few minutes! I’m not sure if I’d personally take these daily (3 gummies is 1 serving), so I’ll probably use these if I really really need to go and can’t. I do overall really prefer Metamucil’s products to other competitors, it’s helped me and my gut a LOT.

I've bought fiber supplements before. It was always a powder that needed to be mixed into water or juice, etc. Some had no taste, others had an orange flavor. I never minded the product, but it always left me feeling very bloated. I eat fairly healthy, but could always use some extra fiber in my diet, especially during these past few months during the pandemic. I have groceries delivered and pick up groceries curbside occasionally; I don't always have access to fresh fruits and veggies. These gummies are perfect! They taste amazing, and have the texture of candy gumdrops. You can take up to three. I was a bit nervous after using the powder, so I take two.
