It is a great supplement.
My doctor insists that I take 200mg of Selenium daily after I take my thyroid medication in order for it to function correctly. I search for excellent brands with the best price ( cheaper isn't better, but more expensive isn't better either) I can tell by my blood work if a product is absorbing. This is an excellent choice for price and quality.
