I particularly like the fact that Blue Sky Vitamins has Vitamin D3 in a small tablet that doesn't have to be held under the tongue until it's dissolved. I take two of these tablets a day, and my blood level of D3 is normally 60 ng/ml, even though I rarely go outside because of pollen sensitivities and am in an area where there's pollen all year long. Blue Sky Vitamin has a good discount system also, so prices on everything are quite fair.
