A great quality product.The ingredients are what i needed.The package is good.It tastes okay to me.I don’t like fish so it was a great substitute.I am in my twenties and it has been suitable to my age.The omega benefited my hair, weight and inflammation problems.It’s also said that it helps with heart troubles, cholesterol levels and brain health.
