I bought the product two or three weeks ago.I had taken it for two days when my gut became uneasy. I had checked the list of contents on the packet - the only ingredient listed was bifidis infantis. My husband read the package. There, in white print on an orange background, making it very difficult to read, it stated that the product contained casein!!! But this is not in the ingredients. This is a product for those with IBS. Nearly everyone with IBS is not only sensitive to gluten, but also to the milk protein, casein.I would recommend this product to a friend only if they were not sensitive to dairy proteins - in which case, they would be unlikely to have IBS./

My IBS has improved from the first day I used this product. Certainly I still have issues with my gut, after 30 years there is no miracle cure, but combined with other prebiotics, I have experienced less pain and discomfort over a 4 week period. No negatives for me with this product.

I have IBS for around 26 years. I have tried so many IBS products and nothing really gave me any relief. So I tried the Meta Align and it worked after a few days. The bloating, gas & abdominal pain all went. I’ve got loads more energy which results in me going out and enjoying my day with out the IBS symptoms. I hated mixing powders with water and drinking it and the taste was horrible, and I didn’t get much relief from it. The capsule are so easy to take just one capsule daily. FINALLY I have found something that really helps my IBS symptoms.
Hi ibs sufferers,From only 2 days since using it I can tell this probiotic is working I Have used many brand like digestive advantage, california gold nutrition lactobif, nexabiotic, NONE of these worked unless california gold nutrition lactobif but Unfortuntlly that didnt continuerelive only for 1 month and stoped working I dont know why. I really hope this continue.My symptime are abdomine pain this is the main issue for me. Ihope every ibs sufferers use this real probiotic and fine same relive. You asked for it- I suffer from IBS-D severely so take gastrostop every day and have done for many years. I continued to take it through the trial although I was able to drop the dose to just 2 capsules of gastrostop a day and had actual stool formation throughout the trial which I rarely normally have. Definite improvement. I haven’t finished the trial pack and I’m interested for when they finish to return to my ‘normal’ and decide to continue using if it’s within my budget. I know I’ve improved so I’d like to continue but 4 weeks now and another two more weeks free trial to go-we forget exactly how badly we did suffer.
