I am searching for ANYTHING that my husband will take. He has severe constipation.(Sorry for the TMI but this might help others) He has had alot of prolapse and hemorrhoids. He doesn't like to drink anything that helps prevent impaction....Until I found these! I pair them with some vitamins and medicine. These taste great! And he seems to be doing well on the regimen!

Metamucil’s Fiber Thins work, but aren’t instantaneous. That alone is a relief, as that could make constipation a little rough. Am at the age where things are changing. The AARP card is getting closer, and a shame I can’t put reverse thrusters on. How did this happen? Am relatively content, but there are times when plumbing is an issue. Thank you Metamucil. Surprisingly these cinnamon fiber thins taste quite good. Their grit powder is still atrocious. Get these and I think you’ll be more appreciative. All of us have occasional back ups, and this gently gets things moving again. This could be my favorite high fiber product actually. You can find it at a whole host of stores, and even some online retailers.

Can't stand the flavor

I decided to try this because I’ve been experiencing strain due to medications. I thought cinnamon spice would be good, but I can’t stand the initial taste of the thin in my mouth. After chewing it’s fine, but I really can’t stand whatever flavor or coating is on the thin. I’ve only been able to finish 1 thin, and I even debated spitting it out. Also, confirmed that the residue of the thins stick to the molars of my teeth and around my gums. I need fiber, but I won’t be using these. Gave 2 stars because I can’t rate the effectiveness of the product. I’ve been using the fiber gummies from another brand at target that taste way better and do the same thing! So I’ll stick to that instead. Sad these didn’t work for me.

I love the cinnamon spice flavor! Only one I like.

I love the cinnamonspice flavor! The cinnamon is not overwhelming and let the spice flavor come through. They taste like a windmill cookie. Very delicious perfect with morning coffee and to get something in your stomach. Not to mention the fiber benefits. They help me a lot.

Like wet sand in my mouth

I did not find these palatable at all. They're bland like a dog treat with a little bit of spice. Turned into concrete in my mouth as I chewed. I couldn't eat more than one, it's a lot to put myself through for 5g of fiber. There are better fiber supplements out there.

Made a world of difference for me.

I tried these and they have helped me a lot. I was a bit scared that they would not be very tasteful, I was very surprised I have a pack each and every day. They are a bit costly for me as I’m a senior on a fixed income. I wish you had coupons for them. My cvs does not carry the apple ones but I would like to try them .

Part of our daily routine we need/look forward to.

My husband and I have been using these for years now and both of us are happy that these both work and are a COOKIE instead of the powder. I have IBS-C and these do the trick, and I have used an expensive powder from Amazon my doctor prescribed that backfired on me. Everyone has to find what works for them, and this is what works for both of us. And the little bit of sugar in these does not bother me and we look forward to our morning cookies with our coffee! Only one negative if you can call it that and that is that they are definitely more expensive, especially when you multiply by one 2-cookie package a day per person times a years worth, but, for us, it is worth it. Besides, in our area WalMart has the very best price and will do Curbside Delivery.

Trash can approved

I was very optimistic about trying these as I love cinnamon spice. Two bites and I was done-package in trash and gave away the others. These are one of the nastiest things I have ever had. So disappointed as in my opinion these were very expensive. I have no idea if they work as they went directly into the trash. They are crispy, that is the only nice thing I can say.

Very Good!

The Metamucil Fiber Thins are very good. I use them to help with my bowel movements but also when I want something yummy k (but not fattening) and grab a package of the thins. They control my hunger pains and are very good. I will admit, though, I like the chocolate ones better than the cinnamon but both are very tasty.
