This these are great with a morning cup of coffee. I have had all three flavors and I enjoy each one of them. One thing... they are getting hard to find. I have check Shop Rite, two Walmart's, CVS and Walgreens. They are all out!! Try them, get them and enjoy them. Thank you for a great treat that gets the recommended daily fiber in.

I was so surprised by the flavor of these - they taste just like Oreo cookies and are a great snack. The packaging is convenient and they seem to be helping with digestion so far. Definitely will continue to buy these.

Avoid Constipation

I suffer from mild to significant constipation occasioned by changes in diet or especially travel. Fiber Thins were recommended by a friend and I now take one wafer each evening with a small juice glass of liquid. This product is amazing. I am completely regular and no longer depend on meds to remedy uncomfortable situations.

Very good product. I’ve been using for many years. Works well every morning. Drink with plenty of water for quick relief. A little expensive but worth the extra cost. Chocolate is my favorite. Two additional flavors, cinnamon and apple. All flavors work very well. Just try them all and pick your favorite. The 12 pack box can last over 2 weeks. Give it a try and enjoy the day.

Cookies That Are Good For You

I have been buying these Metamucil Wafers for years. I like that the ingredients are natural and that they are like cookies. I enjoy them with a cup of tea near bedtime. They satisfy my snacking urges in the evening and they keep my digestive system in good shape. Up until lately, I've enjoyed the Cinnamon and the Apple varieties which are a little crisper than the newer Chocolate flavor. Now that I've found the Chocolate flavor, I think I like it the best. It's softer and very rich in flavor (and I am not a real chocolate lover ordinarily). It's like dessert that's really good for you!

Good fiber resource

I tried all 3 flavors: chocolate-favorite, apple crisp-just ok, cinnamon spice-good.My doctor recommended Metamucil for my constant constipation problem. I didn't want to drink the orange liquid. The Fiber Thins is a great alternative and has improved my constipation issue satisfactorily. The chocolate is like eating a cookie. The only negative is they are 100 calories.

Surprisingly Good

Taking Metamucil is for a lot of us necessary but not what I’d term a fun activity.That’s why I was pleasantly surprised at how good these chocolatewafers are. If you don’t eat a lot of sweets (like me) these seem like dessert, a really tasty chocolate dessert. I highlyrecommend them!

Terrific product, according to my husband.

Chocolate is my husband's favorite flavor, since it is softer and dissolves more easily than the other flavors. They used to be available locally but now I can only find them online. I am disappointed in that. I've noticed my local stores (4 within a 5 mile radius no longer carry this flavor and other items. This is not the only item I've seen phased out over the last couple of months. One refrigerated item no longer available was the sole reason I began going to Walmart Neighborhood Grocery and it is not available online. Great Value brand is available but not of equal quality. (Yes, I can tell the difference.). Disappointment in that decision is an understatement.

YUMMY!

I never thought I would enjoy Metamucil! Then they came out with the fiber thins...excellent in my opinion. I love them all. But the chocolate feels and tastes like an oreo cookie ( without the creamy center). The taste is one thing, but the texture of these is really good. They make you chew a little longer, and that in turn makes you feel fuller longer. They work like they are supposed to for regularity, my suggestion is to start out slowly with one biscuit a day for like 3 days, then both for 3 days...etc. This will give your body time to adjust.
