I love goat milk products since they are alkali, but can enjoy more knowing that they contain less fat. This particular packaging is easy to carry-on for travel and convenient to pack for travel since not everywhere the fat-free goat products are available.Usually I mix this powder and goat whey with warm water, it get easily dissolved leaving no lumps, use commercial goat yogurt as starter and proceed with yogurt-making. Straining it I can get some creamy thick yogurt to make ice-cream and some dressings.Best also for oat/rice/groats soaked with boiling water in lunch thermos and dusted with this powder. Great, just love it and tend to buy for many years.

My granddaughter has a dairy allergy. At 1 year of age, we changed from infant formula to a follow up that she could drink. It was the same step 2 formula my daughter had to have when she was young. The company phased out the formula after several months of us purchasing for little girl. I was now on a quest for a milk replacement that wouldn't upset her tummy. A friend suggested goat milk. I researched and everything seemed it would be great. Oh yes and it was! She took right to it! Zero tummy troubles! In fact her tummy was better!! She became regular instead of the constipation battle that goes with soy milk. She's doing great and loving her goat milk! Thanks for such a great product!!

It does have a taste if u make it very thick otherwise it is ok. I have lactose intolerance issue so this goat molk is ok for me. It is a bit sticky compare to cow milk powder and need slightly more stir to get it diasolved in water. Overall it is good quality product.
This was surprisingly nice and creamy despite the fact that it was a nonfat, skim powdered milk. I learned that I could get away with using less water than what I had originally used, which was nice. Creamy, slightly sweet-savoury, with a bit of the classic "goat-y" smell and taste. I bought this for my elderly mom and she liked it. We will repurchase and also try the full fat version next time. :)
My city kid was surprised to discover cow's aren't the only commercial milk source so I bought this to have on hand since we can't find it fresh in the supermarket (go figure). If you've got digestive issues with cow's milk, give this a whirl (if you have a full on milk allergy, check with your doc first!). It's definitely a different flavor, but if you like goat cheese, this is a very similar flavor profile.
Dogs are very happy with it and I feel safe giving it to them because it is very nutritious. I mix it with dog food and fruit, dissolve it in hot water, and give it as is. Sometimes I give it to him with his medicine. Even bitter medicine is fine with this milk!
by themselves is bit smell like goat feta. but it's normal. i tried to change cow milk to goat milk for coffee. no separating. easy to make. never drink goat milk. but try to get a benefit of goat milk! will see. ingredients are simple. simple is the best! i mixed it with breander. easy!!
