I had bought these five years ago. They served me very well in all my treks. However be careful, the rubber sole breaks off eventually(disintegrated). Be careful while walking when there algae growth(around monsoon). I slipped on rock with some growth on it while on Annapurna mountain trek.

First pair of hiking shoes. Did not need to break in this pair. Very comfortable and wide enough for my broad feet. Good traction. Tried a few models and found them too narrow. This one was perfect. Just returned from a nature hike and i love this pair of shoes.

A good hiking shoe for dry seasons and walking dailyI purchased during the men’s model unavailable so as an alternative. As per my usage this shoe withstands medium to heavy showers around 1-2 hours. However after that waters were absorbed inside the shoe that it didn’t dry on its own outside. So it is not a complete waterproof hiking shoe nor suitable for rainy days. However it’s a nice, comfortable and lightweight shoe. It recommends only for complete dry season hikes or as a walking shoe. It’s not a thick like other hiking boots so it can wear sometime in hot climates. But it lacks breathability so it suits best in cold situations as this shoe heat up during activities. I don’t have any issues with its sole yet which looks durable for long term use. I bought a pair a few years ago (2020). They felt like wearing boxes on my feet. Not really waterproof. Uncomfortable until they had nearly worn out. Maybe they have improved since then but I wouldn’t buy another pair. I bought some boots at the same time. The boots are great. Such a contrast. They are waterproof and so comfortable. They support my foot. I love them. Also Querecha. What a difference.
I love walking but with dodgy knees and ankles I need to be careful with there shoes I wear.I am so glad I found these - immediately, they were comfortable, sturdy and supportive, and they are also spacious enough to use insoles (not that I needed them every time).I have just worn out my second pair of these, having walked approx 1500km doing Conqueror Challenges! They are still SO comfortable, the uppers are still in great condition, but the soles have finally worn out due to the road walking I do, and the inside heel has worn through.I am hoping to buy my 3rd pair now
I think it says it all when I admit to this being the second pair of these that I have bought. They fit very well, they never rub, the insides don't wear out before the outside (which I have had with other shoes). They are ideal for easy to medium hiking and even walking about town when the weather is cold and inclement.
My first shoes from QUECHUA, it did a good job as hiking shoes for low intensity activities. It's quite comfortable, the traction is really good, I rarely slip during the walk. It's waterproof and lightweight, but the cushion/insole comfort are decreased over the time but it's normal since you can change the removeable insole. But, one thing I dislike about this shoes is it's only a year and the outsole were come off. I would say it's not very durable. But if you're not heavy intensity hiker it's a quite good enough choice.
I bought this shoes for my Korea trip. We are going to the snowy area and the shoes gave enough protection from cold and waterproofing as well. The grip is consider good as well. I did alot of walking with it. Very functional.
I'm the only non-snowbird in my family and this year decided to join them on a snowboarding trip to Japan. As a non-snowbird, while they sped down slopes, I had to find other activities to do and that meant hiking or joining cultural tours. These shoes were great for the beautiful hikes to visit the Snow Monkeys and the many natural Shinto as well as Buddhist shrines in the hilly countryside of Nagano. These shoes were also comfortable and stylish enough for everyday walks in Dotonburi! I easily clocked up to 15kms on foot per day!
