My kids both started on minis 3 years ago. Fabulous stability, durability, and manuverability . Kids love them, have put on many miles and they have many more to go...Maxi is the next size up. My son loves it. Great that the handle bar adjusts. It's a lot bigger than the mini, but my younger daughter jumps on it and cruises around easily. Can't say enough about these scooters, will never buy anything else for.my kids. They are pricey, but honestly the kids never tired of them and they don't wear out. Have easily gotten money 's worth from them. Neighbors have other brands and their kids don't use them because they are not as smooth or fast or fun.No complaints.

This is the best scooter ever for kids. My son (4) had another scooter with 3 wheels and although he could scoot along he had no steering capability which made him frustrated and not wanting to ride. Got the maxi for Christmas and within a day he was going all down the driveway and road. He’s a tall 4yo so I feel this will be able to grow with him for a long time.I do wish all the colors came in the folding option but the handle is easy enough to pop off and just put in the car as 2 pieces.

We have a big hill for a driveway and there is a curve by the garage that you have to make to continue down the rest of the driveway- she would rocket down the hill and make the curve/turn at full speed. We love these scooters! This is our second set that we have bought for our growing kids. They love them and use them all the time. They are so happy to have some that can grow with them now that they are getting taller. They are great quality and ride better than any other scooter we have tried. My kids learned quickly on these cause of the intuitive steering that they can lean into. We love them!
My daughter is 10 years old and sadly cannot ride a bike. As we are housebound at present its hard for me as a single mum to keep a singleton entertained. This piece of kit is well packaged and so easy to slot together. One click and we were ready to go! On arrival she was ecstatic. Yes its more than any standard scooter but you can tell its a good quality item. Thankyou John Lewis for delivering at this uncertain time and keeping a child very happy. We went for the purple and pink design as it matched her helmet.
This was our second Micro purchase, and we’re super happy with it! We needed something a little taller for our growing 6 year old and this is working out great for her! Now her little brother can use her old one, and it’s just the right size for him.
Don't go to Walmart or any other place to get a cheaper one. This scooter is heavy duty, has good tires, and the steering mechanism is super easy for my 5 (almost 6) year old daughter. She picked it up right away and can even use the back brake pretty well. She likes to drag her foot behind her if she goes too fast (down a low grade hill), but is working on using the brake with more and more success. This was her first try over the weekend. Also, handlebars adjust easily and stay in the same place; you won't have to keep readjusting it.
We bought this scooter for my 4 1/2 year old daughter. She was having a hard time keeping up with her older sister on her cheap plastic character scooter, but is able to keep up and even pass now. The color purple is really fun and the fact that this scooter can grow with her means we will have it for a few years. She figured out how to turn immediately and has been flying around the backyard for days. Great quality scooter and worth every penny. Very happy I chose Micro over the other brands. We ended up buying my 9 year old the micro sprite as well.
What an awesome scooter! It’s only been three days but my daughter has perfected her scooter riding abilities enormously. Smooth glide ride, handlebar tilt steering and easy rear foot break are some of the awesome features included in this scooter. The only con so far is that the lower front end is already showing some white stress marks in the plastic from collisions. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase.
A few months ago my best friend and her daughter got together for a picnic. It was the first time our kids had met each other- they moved to Michigan some time ago and Covid for in the way, too. Anyway, my kids brought their scooters to the skate park and Ella LOVED them. So, for her birthday, I got her one and she adores it! These scooters never disappoint- they are worth every single penny and then some! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
