I am very happy with this multivitamin, good price, good number of ingredients, better for vitamin B's and E, just what I want
Love that they are capsules and more readily available for the body and I believe my energy has improved since taking them

They seem to be working pretty well for me but they stink to high heaven and float when you try to swallow them with water.
The sales girls recommended this multivitamin. Buts the tablets are huge and it smells really bad. When you open the bottle the rooms smells and after you take it the smells still lingers. I bough 3 for myself and my family but we are ended up throwing it all away
