Returned as wasnt needed, laptop came with a 12mth subscription. But I will say the fact that it was refunded was surprising! Harvey Norman was easy to deal with and very understanding.

Great Microsoft Product for your computer. You can use the MS products online too or install applications on your computer/laptop with 365. Documents are saved on cloud Microsoft OneDrive which is a great feature.
Only purchased for work requirements. Product seems to be updated so many times over the years. Not as easy to use as it use to be. Had trouble loading templates in Excel. Just wish you could buy the basic product and update if you wanted to.
This is a very valuable product as you have multiple applications for a low price for the entire year. However, for a small increase you could upgrade to the family addition. That is very worthwhile if you have several people in your house using Microsoft office. I love the one Drive access, so I do not lose documents. A completely worthwhile upgrade for collaboration as well. this is fantastic for inclusion. For example, blind people are able to tell what is been written on a document as it is electronically collaborated on.
Necessary product for all. Enables use of item for work, study & play. Hard to function totally without it.
This is the most up to date product. It has all the applications you require for personal as well as for work purposes. I will continue to buy this product in the future.
Easy to navigate as is the same at word and on phone now. Sync's with all of my devices that I use.Only realised that I had already set this up from another device to automatically pay for subscription after the fact of purchase
Uploaded very quick and all instructions are easy to follow. Exactly the same as I remember from school, some minor changes in the drop down menus visually. I am primarily using Excel and it is great. Also includes tips for using programs. Although I will be buying a 'Excel for dummies' book since it has been 18 years since I used it and formulas still confound me.
