Well worth the money.I have used Office 97, Office Student 2007.I value not having to learn how to use a new product when the product is updated (load & use is important). New features are important too, but productivity is most important.

Never got what I ordered. Thus I can’t tell you what I think of Office 2021 Home and Business. Got 2021 Pro instead with one major app I can’t use. Up to that point I was satisfied that this is a legitimate and honest operation and still do if I can just get the office app I wanted. Excel and Word work perfectly. But I really need a working copy of Outlook. Please fix this error and I’ll be a satisfied customer and will change my review accordingly. Thank you for hearing my sad story.

My computer crashed and I lost my basic Microsoft Office. I wanted one with a lifetime, not yearly subscription and not the free version where everything is stored in Cloud Space. Great product for the price. Works well with my older computer. Make sure to check your computer info to ensure the program is suitable for it.

Great suite of apps. Just don't buy from The Microsoft Store for a brand new computer. If you have a hardware issue the app is not transferable to the replacement/repaired computer.

This is the second time I had to buy the license as the first one was installed in a computer that did not function and had to be returned for a refund. At least the price on the second license wasn't as high as the first.

Poor product quality. Purchased the Microsoft Home and Business 21 App. Made several attempts to download the App. Unable to. Tried calling the customer service for assistance. Phone line busy. Reached out to the help/support desk on line. Spent 4 days going back and forth with directions from the Help desk. Advised to delete "all" Microsoft 365 and related apps from computer. Reinstalled. Program downloaded however it kept asking for QRC code. Advised Help Desk. No response. Tried loading the software on two other computers. Same results. Have not heard a word from the Help Desk. Poor customer service.

Microsoft office is a necessary tool for me for school and work. From word, to excel, to outlook, I couldn’t do without it. I have never had to contact support because the help feature in each application works just fine. The installation was instant, and it performs well with what I need it for

I paid for this download but it stopped shortly after starting, I can't use it , i couldn't get any assistance from MS since it was the weekend. There should be a way to either get assistance or a default to restart it. This is a serious problem, this is why I don't like buying downloads
