This is also a scam, because they didn't stated anywhere that this is only an online version. Also because this is online version, there is always possibility of intruders access to my texts.

Easy process and works great! I had to replace my windows 7 computer last year, I had Microsoft office on it, back in the day when you could purchase a disc and download it. I could not open my Word or Excel documents I transferred to a thumb drive from the old computer with my new Windows 10 system I purchased this, it arrived within a few days. It was a key card and downloaded quickly on my new computer. I can now access all my documents I had saved and couldn’t be happier
It works for me! I retired from teaching at the end of May 2020. As a teacher, my school district provided us with free Microsoft 365 Office Software. After I retired, I no longer had logon credentials with my district. I learned this the hard way because I saw that ALL my Microsoft files were licensed to my former school district. Though all my personal files were stored on my computer at home, I removed the school district license. Then I discovered that I could not open ANY Microsoft files at all. I bought this allegedly "stand alone" version of MS Office, because I didn't want to get an subscription. I have my own license, and now everything is groovy.
Flawless For daily computer use, I have an Acer Aspire, Home & Student is everything I need. I followed the provided instructions and had no problems with downloading and launching/using the apps. Outlook isn’t a personal concern as I have it on my cellphone, and I can download it through the app store on my desktop if the need arises. I much prefer this option over an annual subscription - just download and go indefinitely. I’m unsure why “thickness” is something the retailer would like me to give a 1-5 star rating to, but the product is neat and compact (as pictured).
The product key did not work I got a new PC, did the free 30 day trail of Windows 365 while I was waiting for this. When I got it I entered the key and now that the 30 free is up I am unable to use the products and product key I bought does not work since I already entered it. I contacted Microsoft who says it's not their issue, that I have to contact who I purchased the key from. I would like help with this. I can not use Excel to do my homework and only half of the items on Word, which really hurts in writing papers for class.
MS Office 2019 Home & Student Soon MS Office 2010 will not be supported by MS so it is time to update with latest version. I do not like the subscription version so MS Office 2019 H&S is the best alternative for my purposes. Once installed most of the functions were familiar and the old Word files could be loaded in compatability mode. Hopefully this new version will serve my needs as long as the old version.
Can't get sign into Microsoft, now my product key is worthless Over 10 years ago, I had a temp job requiring me to set up a Microsoft account. Fine. Did that. Now, my personal email address is tied to this old, work email address from 10 years ago and I can't sign into Microsoft to download the Office license I paid for from Office Depot, because I can't remember a password from 10 years ago. The only tech help they have are bots or live individuals you have to sign into to talk to. I can't sign in, so they won't help me. This is awful. Now my product key is worthless. Don't buy it. Microsoft does not stand behind their products or help you when your account is screwed up. Run away.
