the arc mouse is awesome. i carry it to all my meetings and am able to use a mouse without lugging around a fat mouse. its super thin and the material feels great. some kind of rubbery soft material. just snap it straight and stick it in your pocket when youre on the go and it powers off to save battery

This mouse is awesome for the price, I’m a teacher and I use it for my surface pro and this mouse goes everywhere with me. It’s completely plastic but it’s skin profile makes for easy traveling! I love the mouse but the only issue I have with it is that it is a bit small for my hands. Other than that “me” issue, it’s great!

I had previously been using an Arc Mouse from MS. I wanted something new and found Protected Trust had the best pricing on new MS equipment, so I ordered a new type MS Bluetooth mouse from them. I have NEVER seen such customer support between purchase and delivery dates as I got from Protected Trust. You would think I just bought a Lexus LS. When I need another item in their inventory I will be going back to purchase it from them.

This was actually a gift for my boyfriend, his laptop is unreliable for school work and I myself have had a Microsoft surface for two years now and it is by far the best laptop I have ever used for my school work. I purchased one for him so that he would have his own instead if having to ask to use my laptop all the time. These laptops are pricey but I believe it is well worth the price. It is simple to find protective covers and screen protectors for it as well.

The placement of my order to the delivery was quick and easy. I like the sound quality of the ear buds because they have 4 different type of music styles to choose from. The fit of earbuds is a little concerning because they will fall out and I have to rejust the earbuds so that they will stay in my ears I'm afraid that if they fall out of my ears. I have to watch were they fall and run over by a vehicle. The fit of earbuds in ear is a little bothersome because it will irritate the ears if left in for a long period of time. The keyboard I got does not lay flat and so it bounces. I put a pad (like an enormous mouse pad) under it to stop the noise but the keyboard still bounces when I type. The right spacebar also now squeaks.While it is comfortable I am certain I'll be replacing this in a few months.
We have been using other USB-C adapters to ethernet/VGA/HDMI and USB ports. They worked well, however for less cost and in a smaller package these Microsoft adapters have fit the bill nicely.What were once the pricier options from Microsoft have turned into reasonably priced alternatives, with significantly better build quality.
My old mobile mouse broke so I ordered this one as a replacement. It is small, flat profile, but fits nicely in my hand. It works flawlessly and, so far, without a hiccup. Protect Trust shipped it quickly and the product came in the OEM retail packaging. Transaction went smoothly. Would buy from them again.
Received my dock after a long wait. Dock was in a back order due to a high demand because of an increase of home workers. I was kept informed and received the dock. Packaged well. I connected and it has performed as expected.
The product is perfect more than I was expected. It has a great noise cancellation. I literally not hear anything when I enable noise cancelling. I can also adjust the level of noise cancellation.
