We have just had the dishwasher delivered and installed by a Miele installation team. Matt and his assistant were excellent. The tricky installation of the custom door panel was perfectly aligned with the surrounding cabinets. I am fairly handy and considered doing the install myself, but the installation fee was worth every cent. I just hope the dishwasher is as good!

Replaced a 20 year old Miele dishwasher. Loving it. Takes larger plates, very quiet and a fantastic clean.
Washes and dry’s superb. Wash options are excellent. Overall a good machine but there are issues around design. AquaDos system convenient however pricing of refill should be more competitive as I will likely stick to reg tabs. Biggest complaint and it’s big for us, it is a woeful washer if you like to wash stemmed wine glasses regularly. You just can’t at all even medium stems are a problem. Can put 2 or 3 on bottom shelf but not stable or ideal place for delicate glasses. Very Poor design in this regard and if this is specifically designed this way I believe it should be clearly advertised as such. Stemless work fine (of course) and may not be issue for some so buyer beware. And no, you can’t adjust the basket enough at all. Last design issue is the basket. They ... MoreWashes and dry’s superb. They say the handles best placed in middle and the used/blade end on the outer edge. But, the center spacers don’t cater for most thinker handles as they spacers too narrow. I’d suggest they switch this around for more user friendly versatility.
