I invested large amounts of money in the top of the range tumble dryer and matching washing machine. Unfortunately, after two years of light use, the belt snapped. It took two weeks for the tradesperson to assess the problem, then I was told the part was on back order and I would be waiting a further 3 weeks for the part to arrive.

The fluff filter is so sensitive it's like scratching a mosquito bite. It will constantly have you coming back for more.The door closes automatically so you constantly bump your head when trying to take clothes from the washing machine.There are three separate filters, all of which need to be cleaned regularly (and I mean cleaned with water and properly dried before use).Oh, and forget about the app function. It literally does nothing of any use whatsoever. If you can get it working, please let me know. I'd love to see what it can do.Other then that, it's an awesome show piece to demonstrate to people with tumble dryer envy that you have money to burn!

Amazing appliance! Loved my last Miele washer and dryer which are still going strong 14 years later at my sisters house. I love these even more with the TwinDos system and new functions. Would never buy any other brand.
