We are absolutely pleased with it is really helpful expres 20 min circle. Just love it and safe me time.The spin is 1400rpm which is perfectly fine to take the clothes nealy dry.The machine is very quite too so really happy to working anytime as not disturbing anyone.I can't say any negative points

My machine is 3 months old, there is already damage to the glass door.The feature documented as "mobile start" doesn't allow you to start the machine from your mobile, so is useless for what I wanted to use it for.I have an intermittent fault and Miele are trying to charge me for a call out without having made me aware that that might be the case before hand.Experience of trying to deal with them has been infuriating. I would not recommend buying a Miele washing machine,

We love our new washing machine.The design is well finished, simple and refined. The installation is very easy to do either even with the instructions. The programmation is very intuitive, just add the wifi code and follow step by step.the machine has several programs and the clothes are washed and keep an indescribable good smell! The biggest positive point is that it is very quiet, and that it does not consume any electricity at all! I recommend

Bought this as wanted Miele and this was entry level price. Machine is good quality as you would hope for Miele and is nicely solid. Washes very well. Quibbles are that slightly noisier than I would have expected and control panel is quite fiddly to use if you want to do anything more complicated than standard wash cycles - you'll definitely need instructions. But overall recommend.
This is a great machine which has a number of useful washing cycles. Simple to use panel and a decent size drum. The build quality is good although be warned this is a heavy machine so you will need help putting it in desired area. Installation did not take too long, with clear instructions.Its not cheap but i do feel it is already performing much better than my older machine which stopped working after 5 years. With young children in the house we are constantly washing clothing / bedsheets so hoping the Miele lives up to his reputation and can cope!Efficiency a big factor when we were looking to upgrade, so yes the price is higher but hopefully worth it in the long run.
I absolutely love this washing machine. I've had it for over a month now and it's very quiet. It has a load of different wash modes and they are customisable even on the quick wash settings.The overall noise level is much quieter than my old washers and the app functionality is really useful.Overall a great product at a fair price.
We have a Miele heat pump dryer and have been very pleased so we bought the WED164 washing machine as it is an more affordable price point in the Miele range.This machine perfectly complements our set up as the Miele app communicates with both machines, allowing me to start remotely and see progress of cycles.At 9kg the machine is perfect for my family of 4, and in our utility room, the noise from the machine is non intrusive. Other features I like are Addload, Capdosing - both lovely features. Finally its good to know that this is A rated and I am saving energy.
My first Miele washing machine lasted 20 years and because I was so impressed with Miele I replaced it 5 years ago with a new model. My new machine had problems from the start and now it is out of warranty (after 2 years). In the third year I spent £269 on a repair which after 14 months is out of warranty and am being asked to spend another £269 which is utterly ridiculous. The service at Miele has been extremely poor so will not be purchasing from them again.

As it showed in the website A+ energy so I gave it a go and wait to see whether it's a good choice or not.The installation was super easy, my husband took only 30 mins to put everything in place by himself including remove the old one. It's not really hard to understand how to use the machine as it's the same with my old one, just the wifi connection needed to look into but it didn't take long to setup.It ran smoothly and much more silent compare with my old one from 5 years ago, sometime we even didn't notice it's running while cooking (we put it under our kitchen cabinet and next to our dryer - also Miele).
