Many wonderful little features

Pales a bit in comparison to the steam oven I got at the same time but it really is wonderful. The controls are intuitive - I was a bit wary of moving to touch screen from the old-school dial controls, but it's a fairly easy switch. The food probe is a marvel. I've always been a bit intimidated by roasts but everything I've tried so far has been beautiful - just as intended by setting the internal temperature.The 'finish at' time feature on both ovens is a welcome feature to simplify meal timing - seems so simple but it still has me in awe.Similar to the steam oven, my family is annoyed by the fan noise that follows a cooking cycle while it cools down.
