I'm very disappointed with my purchase. We replaced our previous Miele, with this unit. That Miele, came with the house and was about 8 years old. It failed and we were told not to bother trying to repair it, because it was too old. This unit is very disappointing, everything comes out wet, even the flat plates, stacked vertically. Some of our flat plates also hit the spray jet arm of the glasses shelf, they're not even very large plates. Most of the stuff needs to be spaced quite far apart to clean properly. The unit was also a pain to install, the user manual was completely unintuitive (that said it was the first time I've installed a fully integrated dishwasher. It’s their customer service along with a quality product…. My old one died a year out of extended warranty and they fixed it, 2 years later we had an issue so upgraded to a brand spanker with 5yrs… I know I don’t have to replace this for the best part of a decade

We recently had a service call on our 20year old dishwasher, the serviceman was great, he arrived on time as arranged. We decided to replace our dishwasher with a new Miele, we arranged delivery, installation and the removal of our old dishwasher which was done as arranged and Miele refunded the cost of our service call. Great service we are very happy with our new dishwasher

This entry point dishwasher does its job very well. Dries and washes efficiently and is quieter than most. I’m sorry that it’s not as solidly built as my old Miele dishwasher.
Great dishwasher, I do not like the cutlery drawer at all, no wear to put the stemmed glasses as they do not fit in the second drawer and the bottom drawer I always considered to rough for the lovely glasses
I love my new Miele dishwasher, I've had Miele dishwashers in all my homes for the last 25 years, and this is the first time I've had a fully integrated one, and it looks fabulous! Miele dishwashers are the best I wouldn't have anything else!
